Una especie de casa de campo, en un barrio cercano a dos Levadas

+ La cama es muy cómoda. Además tenía vista si subías a la terraza de arriba pero con escaleras exteriores incómodas y una mesa enana y sillas incómodas si quieres desayunar en ese espacio.

− La casa en general es incómoda, no es una casa estándar. La estancia de la cocina está separada, por lo que tienes q salir afuera para entrar, eso es muy incómodo. Además está muy lejosde la zona de restaurantes y playa, no se puede ir andando. Usarás el coche para TODO.

Bel hébergement...

+ Pour commencer la relation avec les propriétaires a été très bien. Toutes les informations pratiques, l'arrivée en autonomie. Une très belle maison dans un quartier très calme. Avec une belle vue bien dégagée. Il y a tout le confort à l'intérieur et extérieur. Pas loin d'une très belle randonnée on s'y est rendu à pied. Quelques bonnes nuits paisibles.

Super fijn verblijf

+ Het is een prachtig huis, fijne centrale ligging op het eiland. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb er van genoten en kom graag nog eens terug!

+ Fantastyczny nocleg. W domku masz wszystko co Ci potrzeba, do tego ogródek, miejsce na grilla, balkonik z niesamowitym widokiem. U góry masz jedna sypialnie z łazienką, na dole znajduje się kuchnia i w osobnym pomieszczeniu dwa pokoje z kolejną łazienka - idealny nocleg dla dwóch par albo kilku znajomych. Nocleg w wysokim standardzie, były nawet koce i farelka do ogrzania. Nocleg po prostu idealny!

+ Wunderschöne Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge überall auf der Insel. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die es an nichts fehlen ließ. Freundlicher Kontakt zu Inhabern, wir haben uns herzlich Willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr zu empfehlen

+ Toplage in einem Wohnviertel oberhalb der Regionalstraße 222. Schönes Haus in schönem Garten mit Nachmittagssonne. Ponta do Sol ist ein hübscher Ort mit Uferpromenade, und einige schöne Levada-Wanderungen sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in 30min im Zentrum von Funchal, und fast alle Ziele auf der Insel sind innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar. Parken auf der Straße ist problemlos.

− Esteve sempre a chover nos dias que estivemos hospedados. O acesso à cozinha ser pela rua não foi nada confortável porque tínhamos de ir à chuva. Não tem cobertura quando se sai da sala. O segundo quarto também ter uma entrada independente não funcionou bem para a nossa dinâmica (somos um casal com um filho de 6 anos). Ele ficou no sofá cama na sala. Se fôssemos 2 casais ou adultos aí seria uma mais valia a independência dos quartos.

Maison chaleureuse et très agréable

+ La maison est très agréable et grande. Dans la partie de droite, les belles pierres ont été conservées ce fait un intérieur très chaleureux. L'extérieur est encore plus joli que sur les photos. Tout est d'une grande propreté et très bien décoré. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.. Du rez de chaussée, on peut voir la mer et encore plus de l'étage. Le quartier est très calme et résidentiel. La maison se trouve au milieu des bananeraies, ce qui ajoute au dépaysement En remontant vers l'église à pied, 500 m, il y a un petit super marché très pratique. À environ huit cents mètres débutent la levada do moinho et la levada nova qui sont toutes les deux magnifiques...Sur la nova, on passe sous une petite cascade, dans un tunnel et les vues sont sublimes. Ce qui ajoute encore un plus à l'emplacement de la maison. Nous avons communiqué avec Maria Céleste quii est très réactive est très chaleureuse.

+ Die Raumaufteilungen, der Platz und die Außenflächen waren sehr schön. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns. Der vorherige und stetige Austausch mit den Vermietern war auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

− Uns hat es ein wenig gestört, dass es zu jedem Raum einen anderen Schlüssel gab und auch nicht mehrere für einen Raum. Man musste sich immer am Abend absprechen, wer den nächsten Tag als erstes in die (z.B. Küche) möchte und dafür den Schlüssel mit ins Zimmer nimmt.

+ Maison agréable et propre. Elle est fonctionnelle. Quartier calme. La vue est top ! Propriétaire disponible et très gentille, donne pleins d’infos utiles.

− Les cucarachas qui s’invitaient presque tous les soirs mais ça fait partie de l’ile ;)

+ Très bon logement confortable, propre et suffisamment équipé. C'était très agréable d avoir la vue sur la mer chaque matin. Tout à fait conforme au descriptif.

Wunderschön modernisiertes altes Steinhaus, dass ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt ist.

+ Ausgesprochen sauber! Abesitzerin ist sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Gibt auch tolle Tipps! Schöne Aufteilung mit den 2 getrennten Wohneinheiten.

Perfect vacation home in Ponta do Sol

+ Super, super clean, well appointed accommodation with ocean views, wild style garden and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable, relaxing family stay. Great host who was easy to communicate with. The only drawback for a person who is mold sensitive like myself was the humidity smell in the downstairs bedroom. Something that seems to be pretty ubiquitous on an island with so much water everywhere.

− Kitchen is separated from room, so it is little bit u comfortable. Bed for 2 is quite small. But this is just small dislikes.

+ Everything, the house was amazing, it offers you so much! You are relatively close to a lot of hikes, the host is really sweet and helpful! There were some wildfires on the island that closed a lot of paths, but then one day in the morning, the host texted me on her own that some of paths have been reopened. Which made us very happy because we wouldn't know about it and so could check some of hikes of our wish list. I would really recommend a stay with Maria! We defenetly will when we coma back!

− It is not finished yet. On 1st floor no ceiling, so you can hear and smell everything in rooms from bathroom and other rooms. Low presure of water in bathroom. On 2nd floor malfunction keylock of winhow shutter, so wind knock with it all night.

− The house is on a street with relatively high traffic. All cars going up the hill must pass the house. The worst is early in the morning, when the local farmers drive out in their vans to the banana plantations, so you don't get much sleep.
