Categorie
- Limpieza1,0
Described as "very well maintained" and warm/cozy even in January, indicating above-average cleanliness and upkeep.
- Servicio1,0
Host repeatedly described as welcoming, kind, exceptionally helpful and available at all times — strong positive service sentiment.
- Ubicación1,0
Mentioned as a bit farther from the ski gondola; some see this as an advantage for parking, but distance from the gondola reduces convenience for skiers and impacts location sentiment.

Interior is praised (stylish, beautifully furnished, comfortable bed, cozy) but access via circular/flight of stairs is repeatedly called out as a significant drawback for older guests, small children and luggage, which lowers net room-quality sentiment.
- Instalaciones1,0
Apartment reported as fully equipped with necessary kitchen appliances and utensils and generally feeling like home — positive amenities sentiment.
- Relación calidad-precio1,0
Value for money not explicitly mentioned in reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
- Comida y bebida1,0
Food and beverage not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
- Experiencia general1,0
Overall experience is mixed in aggregate: many glowing remarks and recommendations, but recurring accessibility issues (stairs) reduce the overall score for some guests.
