• Limpieza9,5

Multiple reviewers explicitly mention rooms and grounds as very clean and well kept; no significant cleanliness complaints.

• Servicio9,8

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, exceptionally helpful and attentive; one mention of poorly trained wait staff is outweighed by many reports of excellent service.

• Ubicación7,5

Outstanding views and proximity to hikes/Lake/Mt Batur praised, but several guests cite significant traffic noise, remoteness and dependence on golf cart/steep access which lowers the location score.

• Habitaciones9,5

Rooms and villas described as spacious, comfortable with great beds, excellent showers, balcony bathtub and family-friendly villas with hot tub — consistently positive.

• Instalaciones9,2

Pool area, restaurant, spa/massage, villas with hot tubs and boutique design all noted positively; golf-cart transport is available but dependence on it was mentioned.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Mixed signals: many found the stay excellent for the price, but at least one reviewer felt the traffic-noise/location made the price unjustified, reducing perceived value.

• Comida y bebida8,5

Several reviewers praised the restaurant and breakfast as delicious and generous, though there are isolated complaints of undercooked dishes (dinner, gluten-free pancakes) and some inconsistencies.

• Experiencia general10,0

Overall stays were described as great, boutique-like, highly recommended by many guests due to views, staff and comfortable rooms; negatives (noise/remoteness, occasional food issues) do not dominate the general sentiment.
