Hotel Sonne ★★★

Categorie

• Limpieza9,0

Multiple reviews explicitly note the hotel is very clean and rooms are 'propere'/'very clean'; one mention of a slightly mouldy corridor but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.

• Servicio8,5

Many guests praise friendly, helpful staff and a warm welcome; a few reports of a less-welcoming reception on one day, late information about extra dog fee and limited check-in hours temper the score.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently lauded: great location for the Black Forest, close to attractions, quiet and scenic valley — repeatedly described as an excellent/very nice location.

• Habitaciones8,0

Beds and room size often praised (comfortable mattresses, spacious rooms), but some guests mention dated '80s décor, need for renovation, an initially unacceptable assigned room in one case and occasional mouldy smell.

• Instalaciones7,5

Limited amenities: self-service drinks available but ice freezer empty, no restaurant availability during renovations, no air conditioning reported and missing covered bike storage — amenities are weaker compared to other categories.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Several guests say price-quality is good while others note the breakfast offering is modest for the price and unexpected fees (dog charge) reduced perceived value; overall acceptable value.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Breakfast is frequently praised (very good, fresh fruit, great muesli selection) though some guests note limited variety on certain days and a lack of hot items; generally a strong point.

• Experiencia general8,5

Majority of stays described as very positive or 'superb', with guests intending to return; a few operational hiccups (check-in window, renovation impacts) moderate the overall rating.
