Hotel agradable silencioso y buena ubicacion

+ Nos gustó el silencio. Esta retirado pero muy fácil llegar al centro 10 minutos. Tiene un jardín bosque q te da paz. Las escalinatas de la entrada son preciosas. Teníamos una suite q daba al jardín. La cana comodisima. El servizio de bar cocina cierra pronto. A las mascotas les dejan agua y chuches. Un buena experiencia.

+ Habitués du Champlain c'est toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner tout est bien et le personnel particulièrement accueillant et sympathique

− We kregen een standaard kamer op het gelijkvloers toegewezen (naar het schijnt zijn dit de standaard kamers voor booking.com); de laatste in de gang naasr de buitendeur voor het personeel en rechttegenover de kamer met het vuilgoed. De kamer geeft uit op de Place du Verdun, heeft 1 heel groot raam (de lengte van de kamer, het was een echte vitrine) en er staat een parkeermeter net aan de zijkant van het raam. Dit betekent dat je het raam niet kan openzetten want dan zit je echt open en bloot voor iedereen die er langsloopt. Je kan 's avonds ook het licht niet aanleggen zonder de gordijnen te sluiten. Wij voelden er ons echt 'opgesloten'. De kamer had ook een onpraktische indeling. Hebben dit 's anderendaags gemeld aan de receptie en aangezien wij er 5 nachten geboekt hadden kregen we een kamer op het 2e verdiep. Wat een verademing! Een kleiner raam en veel gerieflijker. We zijn het personeel dankbaar dat ze dit hebben willen regelen!

+ La suite Quebec está genial, muy amplia y con zonas separadas para los niños y los padres. El hotel en general es muy bonito y la terraza es muy agradable

− La variedad del desayuno es un tanto limitada

A great location for both the city and the airport

+ The room was lovely and airy with good space and a high ceiling.

− The dining experience was good for a city offering but not a dinner experience.

− Cuando llegamosc el aire acondiconado no funcionaba, nos quejamos y no nos hicieron ni caso. La habitación estaba a pie de calle, por lo que esta situación nos obligó, debido al calor, a tener la ventana abierta a pie de calle, sin intimidad ni seguridad. El personal no nos hizo ni caso, aunque cuando nos fuimos la manager tuvo el detalle de devolvernos una parte del precio, pero no sé trataba de pagar menos sino de estar bien.

+ This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We love the style and size of the rooms and especially the large garden. Breakfast was great. Good location too within easy walking distance of La Rochelle market, town centre and the old port.

− I was annoyed that when I checked in I was told my breakfast was included which I queried and was assured it was . It was not and I was charged . So bit annoyed

Très bon séjou.

+ Le jardin, le petit déjeuner assez complet, boire un verre dans le jardin, vraiment très agréable, la Clim dans la chambre, la chambre et le service.

− Le matelas trop dur pour moi et l’ascenseur trop étroit. Et le fait d’avoir des difficultés pour garer son véhicule.

+ Hotel charmant. Nous avons notamment eu plaisir à profiter du jardin paisible. La localisation nous a semblé idéale pour profiter de la ville.

− Odeurs de canalisations très fortes à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Le lendemain, le nécessaire a été fait et nous avons pu poursuivre notre séjour dans de bonnes conditions.

+ Albergo di charme prossimo alla zona centrale di La Rochelle, Zone comuni molto belle e fruibili, giardino interno ottimo per la prima colazione e per relax. Manca un parcheggio privato, ma c'e' un grande parcheggio pubblico nelle immediate vicinanze.
