• Limpieza8,2

Several reviews praise rooms as clean and well maintained, but there are repeated mentions of damp smells in some rooms and a very dirty corridor/ballatoio, so overall slightly below perfect.

• Servicio9,3

Mostly described as friendly and professional (helpful reception on several days, kind housekeeping), with a few isolated negatives (cold reception on one day, inability to call an airport taxi) but overall strong service.

• Ubicación9,0

Many guests highlight an excellent, central location with easy access to restaurants and a walkable beach; a few note the hotel can feel a bit excentré or quiet in the evenings.

• Habitaciones7,8

Mixed comments: some rooms are spacious and comfortable, others are small, have outdated furniture, awkward layouts, missing large mirrors and few hooks; dampness reported in a few rooms, lowering the score.

• Instalaciones8,1

On-site restaurant/bar is a plus, but guests note missing in-room extras (no kettle/coffee machine), absence of toothbrush provision policy, small disposable toiletry bottles instead of refillables, and limited towel hooks.

• Relación calidad-precio8,3

Opinions vary: some find rooms good value for the price, others feel the price is a bit high given older furniture or small room size; overall slightly above average.

• Comida y bebida9,4

The restaurant and bar receive consistent praise — described as cosy with excellent food and staff — making F&B a strong point for many guests.

• Experiencia general9,5

Despite some issues (occasional cold reception, small/damp rooms, minor amenity gaps), most reviewers describe the stay as very good/recommendable and highlight friendliness, location and the restaurant.
