• Limpieza6,5

Mixed reports: one guest reported a dirty pillow, but another noted daily room cleaning; overall slightly below expectations.

• Servicio5,0

Multiple negative service incidents: staff described as rude, insisted on cash payment of city tax, charged a child incorrectly and refused to process a refund; one guest praised a welcoming host/early check-in but overall service is notably problematic.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised: very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia station, close to restaurants, shops and major sights — a great base for exploring Venice.

• Habitaciones10,0

Rooms described as comfortable with excellent air conditioning; main drawback noted is stair-only access (third floor) in some units.

• Instalaciones8,0

Good in-room amenities mentioned (effective air conditioning). Some negatives: no elevator in historic building and a power outage that disabled security access led to a guest being locked out.

• Relación calidad-precio6,8

Reduced perceived value due to unexpected/incorrect city tax charges (including for a child) and difficulty obtaining refunds; location and comfortable rooms partially offset this.

• Comida y bebida7,9

Standard quality for this hotel tier (no mentions of food or beverage in the reviews).

• Experiencia general9,0

Generally pleasant for many guests due to excellent location and comfortable rooms, but overall impression is tempered by several serious service failures (tax disputes, rude interactions, lockout) that affected some stays.
