• Limpieza4,5

Repeated complaints about poor cleaning (cleaners described as lazy, bathrooms often not cleaned), presence of insects and general wear—overall below standard.

• Servicio8,8

Reception staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming; staff assistance noted for accessibility issues. A few negatives (deposit request) but overall strong service sentiment.

• Ubicación8,5

Many reviews praise the location and views and proximity to attractions/beach; convenient and central. Noise from the beach/parties and steep access are drawbacks but location itself is a strong positive.

• Habitaciones5,0

Rooms described as large but aging and rustic, with issues: salt water from taps, poor soundproofing (glass doors), insecure balconies for children, and some insect sightings—below average quality.

• Instalaciones6,0

Some amenities present (pool, air con) but problems noted: overly chlorinated pool, no breakfast facility, no hand soap in bathrooms, no luggage pickup from pier—mixed/average.

• Relación calidad-precio6,0

Mixed opinions: some say it's good value for the price and views, others felt it was not worth the money (unexpected deposit, worn facilities).

• Comida y bebida5,0

Very little positive mention; specific negative note that there was no breakfast facility and limited F&B references—slightly below average.

• Experiencia general9,8

Overall sentiment is mixed but many guests highlight excellent views, helpful staff and a fun atmosphere; these strong positives offset facility and cleanliness issues in guest perception.
