+ La cala es preciosa aunque es de dificil acceso para gente mayor

Lugar perfecto para desconectar

+ Fuimos dos parejas a pasar un par de noches y todo fue genial. L'alloggio tiene piscina y justo al salir tienes una cala preciosa. Además tienes la opción de parking interior a muy buen precio. Ninguna pega la verdad. Volveremos 👍

+ La ubicación y tranquilidad

+ La localidad lo mejor de todo. Las instalaciones. El trato de la anfitriona de 10.

− Las camas no eran tan cómodas y en la habitación de abajo no llega el aire acondicionado.

Alojamiento excepcional para desconectar

+ Del alloggio, destacamos la excepcional ubicación, en una zona muy tranquila y con acceso directo a la cala de Mascarat, con nivel de acceso moderado. Asimismo, la urbanización dispone de piscina propia y el apartamento presenta una muy buena distribución y una terraza bastante amplia. Adicionalmente, hacer alusión a que las instrucciones para el acceso y para la recogida de las llaves fue muy precisa y estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestra llegada y salida del alloggio. 100% recomendable.

− - poca facilidad de recogida y entrega de llaves ya que tenía que ser en mano - diariamente nos llegaban cartas por debajo de la puerta que no pogiornomos usar los servizios de la comunidad (piscina, duchas, jardín) por impagos de cuotas de la comunidad

Most unpleasant experience I have ever had on holiday

+ The place is very nice and quiet. From the balcony you can see the sea. I have to explain that the grade is only given without the unpleasant and somewhat shocking experience we had. Otherwise the grade would have been 1.

− The description is not really what it sounds like: the apartment has 1 bedroom and the small one is only for children because the wall doesn't go from one side to the other. There is some space left and practically an adult cannot sleep there. The barbecue you see in the pictures isn't allowed in this area and the neighbours call the police if you want to barbecue. In summer, because of the heath, it is not allowed to have a barbecue, not even in the open and specially organised areas. We also weren't allowed to use the swimming pool because the owners are in debt to the local community. The price they want for a night in this apartment is extremely high. Our traumatic experience was that after 3 days there, one day from 9am we had no water. Neither hot nor cold. At 36 degrees outside it's a challenge not to have water when you come back from the beach and the neighbours tell you that you won't even have any because the owners haven't paid the bills and that there's an info board where you can see that (and that it's very possible that the bank will take us out because the owners very often have problems with bank debts). Long story short...no water, the owners offered to pay us back for that night (after calling Booking as no one picked up the phone) as we had no water (the lady paid us after we reminded her...and we got the price for that night without Booking's commission). I can really understand that people have financial problems, but I am on holiday, I was there to relax, not to wash myself with mineral water from a bottle, or to pour mineral water down the toilet. I suggest that Booking should check more carefully those who want to offer accommodation on their website.

Very good

+ Apartment was clean and tidy, good communication with the host.

− No kettle as in photos, no cups for hot drinks, only 2 towels,no hand towels. The location of the property was disappointing, no local shops, bars or restaurants, was totally reliant on using a car. parking was an issue, was no parking close to apartment.

Exceptional

+ There is everything you need for relaxation. Very nice place, 50 m to a beautiful small beach, large local beach 500 m away. A large terrace with a view of the sea where you can make barbecues. In the morning, you can see the sun rising through the window! The area is nicely landscaped and has a lot of security. There is a swimming pool. A beautiful little town with easy access to Altea and Calpe. The hostess is always ready to help. She is also a padel coach, so you can have an active free time. Near the mountains where you can go for a walk and a beautiful small port with restaurants. Very satisfied with the rest!
