Categorie

• Limpieza9,6

Rooms repeatedly described as very clean: soft sheets with olive soap scent, daily tidying and guests explicitly praising room cleanliness.

• Servicio9,4

Staff described as welcoming, helpful and attentive; guests appreciated arrival gifts and helpfulness despite occasional booking/usage policy disputes.

• Ubicación8,0

Hotel has a private beach directly in front and great views, but multiple guests noted the property is on the north side and relatively far from main sights/other beaches; beach can be too rough for swimming.

• Habitaciones9,3

Family rooms called spacious with amazing views; generally comfortable and well appointed, with a minor note about lower-floor beds being less comfortable.

• Instalaciones8,0

Private beach and pool area available, but guests reported issues: pool-bar drink quality low, some towel/access restrictions, and Wi‑Fi coverage limited mostly to the lobby.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Mixed signals: good breakfast, welcome gestures and strong service add value, but complaints about all‑inclusive implementation and food quality temper perceptions.

• Comida y bebida8,6

Breakfast cited as good with variety; however several guests criticized evening meals, overall variety and pool-bar drink quality — overall a mixed but largely acceptable F&B experience for many.

• Experiencia general9,0

Many guests reported a relaxing, enjoyable family stay thanks to cleanliness, helpful staff and views; notable negatives (food variety, location, beach conditions) affect some stays but do not dominate most reviews.
