• Limpieza4,8

Multiple reports of dirty floors outside elevators, pet hair on sofa, visibly dirty tub bottom, sour-smelling towel and a dead insect in the bathroom — cleanliness was consistently criticized.

• Servicio10,0

Staff repeatedly called out by name for being friendly, helpful and going above and beyond (front desk, breakfast staff, specific mentions of David and Darius); excellent hospitality toward guests and pets.

• Ubicación7,3

Standard quality for this hotel tier (location not mentioned in reviews).

• Habitaciones5,3

Rooms described as outdated with cracked window pane, missing drawer face, stained bedding, dingy elevator flooring and an uncomfortable pull-out bed; bathrooms showed rust and patched cracks.

• Instalaciones6,5

Mixed: pool was closed (but guests were allowed to use a neighboring hotel pool), RV parking available, but pet station lacked bags and some fixtures (soap dispenser, shower liner) were old or poorly repaired.

• Relación calidad-precio6,8

Guests appreciated the service but noted the property needs renovation to meet brand expectations; overall value slightly below average given condition issues.

• Comida y bebida9,0

• Experiencia general8,7

Despite significant property maintenance and housekeeping issues, consistently excellent and helpful staff plus comfortable beds and some good breakfasts made stays pleasant for many guests.
