Timos Hotel ★★

Categorie

• Limpieza6,0

Multiple reviews report dirty rooms, inefficient daily cleaning, bad-smelling rooms and a very poor bathroom (broken toilet seat, dirty shelves, frozen/dirty freezer). A few guests noted spotlessly clean rooms, so sentiment is mixed but leans negative.

• Servicio9,3

Consistently praised reception and staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful; several guests received early check-in without extra charge. One mention of housekeeping entering without knocking but overall service sentiment is very positive.

• Ubicación9,2

Repeatedly described as excellent: very close to the beach, main street, nightlife and excursion departures. Location is a clear strong point across reviews.

• Habitaciones7,0

Mixed: some guests had lovely, comfortable and spotless rooms, while others received rooms with poor bathroom conditions, smells and maintenance issues. Overall moderate rating reflecting variability.

• Instalaciones8,2

Pool and balconies are highlighted positively (pleasant pool area, nice balconies). No extensive mention of other facilities, so amenities are above average based on pool/relaxation spaces.

• Relación calidad-precio8,7

Explicit mention of very good value and multiple recommendations to stay; guests felt the price-quality balance was favorable.

• Comida y bebida8,1

Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating as baseline.

• Experiencia general8,3

Overall positive experience for many guests (friendly staff, great location, pleasant pool), tempered by notable cleanliness/room-quality issues for some—resulting in a generally good but not perfect overall impression.
