Molto piacevole

+ Ho soggiornato una notte, camera abbastanza ampia e confortevole, ben insonorizzata (3 piano affaccio sul retro) e pulita. Forse solo il letto poteva essere più largo essendo una doppia ma non abbiamo avuto problemi. Buona anche la colazione

Hotel Valencia, Ferrol

+ The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. On our last night there was only 1 person on duty, the receptionist, so the cafe was closed though she did make us a hot drink.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix

+ Chambre spacieuse, personnel très serviable et à l’écoute. Situé à 3 kms du centre, le taxi est à 6 euros pour y aller. Le prix de la chambre 52 euros est plus que raisonnable. Possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel.Très bon choix pour nous.

Buen hotel cerca del hospital.

+ Buen hotel en Ferrol cerca del hospital. Nos pilló un buen temporal, pero la habitación hacia calor de sobra para secarlo todo. Nos subieron de categoría y nos dieron la habitación del ático. Todo limpio y bien. Lo único que el colchón era muy bajo y en alguna zona sentías los muelles, pero mucho mejor que la butaca del hospital. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y la cafetería también muy bien todo y muy buen trato.

+ The service at this hotel was awesome. They even tried to help by having the cook prepare dinner for us one hour ahead of their typical schedule. The Hotels was extremely nice and clean and modernized, and the price was also very affordable. Actually, the price was about $10 cheaper than other neighboring hotels in which we stayed, that were in the same area and they have not been modernized yet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area.

+ El hotel tiene un acceso fácil, incluye el aparcamiento. El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones estaban limpias. El desayuno estaba rico pero no había tostadas ni frutas.

Short stay in Ferrol

+ This was our 4th stay in the Valencia. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I think it would be a good idea if, in some of the bathrooms, a walk-in shower was available for older clients as it is not easy to climb into the bath. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate but this time there was an excessive use of plastic wrapping around the food and crockery (I know this was to separate items and to ptotect them because of the pandemic) but I feel a more eco friendly way could have been found. The hotel is in a well-connected but quiet area of the town.

+ Todo correcto y el desayuno buffet suficiente para el precio que se paga. Estuvimos tres noches y dedicamos dos días a recorrer la costa con lo cual nos favoreció que estuviera a las afueras y contara con aparcamiento. Si se baja a la ciudad, puedes hacerlo en coche hasta un parking gratuito que hay a la entrada y luego caminar. Gracias a la chica de recepción por su ayuda y explicaciones.

+ el hotel esta bien, el personal muy amable y todo is muy limpio lo unico que no es tan bueno es la cocina - el desayuno buffet tiene bastante para eligir pero la cena deja mucho para desear.el wifi es gratis pero a veces hay fallos

Muy bien

+ El único inconveniente fue que la habitación triple que nos dieron no le servía el aire acondicionado, así que nos la cambiaron por otra en otro piso y tuvimos que mover las maletas a otra habitación. Del resto, las habitaciones excelente, excelente trato, excelente desayuno y muy cómodo el parking gratuito del hotel.

+ The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was adequate. I haven't given it 5 stars because the menu in the cafeteria was rather limited.

Séjour très agreable

+ Accueil chaleureux dans un hotel de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville dispose d'un parking ce qui est très pratique. Nous sommes arrivés le jour de la fête patronale, la ville était illuminée, des concerts avaient lieu et l'animation était agréable.

ESTUVIMOS UNA SEMANA ANTES DE LA ECHA RESERVADA POR NUESTRA CUENTA YA QUE NOS HABIAMOS EQUIVOCADO EN LA FECHA DE LA RESERVA. LES PEDIMOS QUE NOS CAMBIARAN LA FECHA PARA CUALQUIER DIA Y DE CUALQUIER MES DANDOLES LAS FACILIDADES MAXIMAS A UN CAMBIO Y PAGANDO UN SUPLEMENTO SI FUERA NECESARIO. SU RESPUESTA SIEMPRE FUE LA MISMA: NOOO ...DIRECCION NO LO ACEPTA!! PERDON PERO ESTO NO ES EL RITZ Y USTEDES DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR COMO GERENCIA DE UN HOTEL. SUPONIENDO QUE LA HAYA PORQUE CREEMOS QUE UNO SOLO LO HACE TODO . YA QUE ESTUVIMOS ESPERANDO POR EL DESAYUNO 30 MINUTOS. NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA ES POCO RECOMENDABLE YA QUE SE HAN QUEDADO CON NUESTRO DINERO POR UN MOTIVO GRAVE DE UNA ENFERMEDAD DE UN FAMILIAR. Y AUN DANDOLES TODAS LAS OPCIONES PARA UN CAMBIO NO HAN QUERIDO PROPONER NADA EN NINGUN MOMENTO.

+ Ein sehr schönes und neues Hotel in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zimmergrösse ist gut und das Bett ebenfalls. Schönes modernes Badezimmer. Genügend Parkplätze (kostenlos) Zimmer gegen die Strasse können etwas laut sein. Die andere Hotelseite geht gegen eine Wiese und ist entsprechend ruhig.Eine Rezeptions Mitarbeiterin spricht auch Deutsch. Sehr nettes Personal
