+ La vue extraordinaire. Le calme. L'emplacement par rapport à la ville et dans l'île.

− Le chemin d'accès vraiment très difficile. Les bruits de la climatisation dans la chambre la nuit qui empêchent de bien dormir.

+ Lugnt läge men nära till allt. Går bra att resa hit utan bil. Vill man vandra så kan man utgå direkt från Soller och det tar 10 min att gå ner till stan från huset.

− Behöver mycket liten bil för att ta sig till huset ( ex Fiat minsta modell).

Stunning views

+ The views were spectacular, the air con was very welcome, the meet and greet was very good and generally the villa was lovely.

− Some areas were not very clean Tricky to locate as no house number

+ The in-person check in was well organized and helpful. It is a lovely villa with great views from the balcony and courtyard both of which have tables to eat at. Great location for walking in the hills and close to Soller for evenings out. There is an easy parking space in a shared car park area.

− The road to the villa is very steep and quite narrow. A small car is recommended and you need to be reasonably fit if walking in and out of Soller. (You will definitely want a car for shopping.)

+ We loved the views and the fruit trees surrounding the house. It was really quiet and peaceful

− Given that the house is up a very steep hill and a fair walk to the nearest grocery shop, it would have been nice if the hosts had provided a basic starter pack e.g. bottle of water, bread etc. this was our experience in similar properties. We are a very fit couple but the location would not be suitable for less fit individuals
