It was a most enjoyable experience and the reception staff were very good during communications.

+ The property was well appointed and comfortable. My family, who live in the area, were impressed with it.

− More tea towels.

+ Hi, Am sorry to have to post this review but it’s been the worst experience on [link removed] The property was stinking of smoke in every room. The bedsheets and towels were stinking of smoke. Me and my girlfriend do not smoke. We stayed for one night then found another villa close by on Airb&b. The villa made my girlfriend very ill. Am really disappointed because we paid good money and we feel that we basically was just took advantage of regarding the property what was advertised on [link removed] I have used [link removed]for many years but I have never experienced anything like that before. My suggestion would be before you rent the villa out to anyone else is you give it a good clean and professionally get rid of the smoke smell that is all round the property. I feel we lost very good money on a very poor villa because we stayed for one night. The villa on airb&b was very good and very clean in La Quinta. If anyone can get in touch with me. I feel we should have some sort of refund. We are not rich by any means and we saved up good money for a nice property. Kind regards Paul

Good location in Marbella

+ The accomodations fit for our family.

− We were told the pool was private. It is a "private" community pool.

The terraced property was comfortable and good overall.

+ Spacious, with excellent air con and a nice convenient location. Walking distance to the beach.

− Lack of deck chairs in the shared pool area are a let down.

Excellent location and a very comfortable "Home from Home"

+ Perfect location. 15 minute walk to sea front plus a 15 minute walk to San Pedro. Carrefour supermarket is diagonally opposite. Many excellent resturants and bars in walking distance. Safe courtyard garden for children. Pavements in good repair when walking with baby buggies

− Minor repairs are needed. The sinks need replacement plugs. The gas hob is broken and there were no instructions for the cooker. The downstairs W.C. cistern needs repair. The large bush in the garden needs to be pruned.

+ The property had some minor issues curtain in the master bedroom wasn’t opening and that make the room dark during the day , one of the bathroom bidet wasn’t working , apart from the the property all is good .

− It’s spacious, clean and had to many facilities and the location is spot on , and I’m happy as this was my second time I stay in the property , highly recommended.

− Some of the electrics weren't working properly and theres wasn't basic stuff like dish soap or kitchen towels. But all in all it was good

Great location, good price, comfortable stay

+ Great location, close to everything what we needed. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Parking available on the street, but we also managed to get underground parking due to a need to carry bags every day.

− There were several minor details which slightly lowered our overall satisfaction from great to good. For example, some sockets were not working. Hot water needed to be managed. If one bathroom uses shower, then other one had a little lower pressure. Kitchen was missing a good knife, although knives from the set was ok-ish. Overall, in the apartment were some signs of wearing out. However, overall flat was really nice and comfortable. And for the price you pay, this was very good experience, indeed.

Brilliant time had with my friends in good accommodation that made it easy

+ Lovely accommodation, easy walk to the promenade. Good bedrooms, beds & towels. Enough china & cutlery to use the dishwasher. Easy stroll to supermarket. Nice quiet apartment area. Great patio private garden with comfy furniture.

− One toilet seat not fixed properly in 2nd bathroom. Would have liked a folder with bus & taxi details etc. Only stayed 4 night

+ Good location.

− In poor state of repair - mould in bathrooms due to poor ventilation -‘broken door lock to bathroom - broken handle in en suite bathroom - no toilet paper or toiletries as advertised on arrival. No information folder. No safe as advertised. Only two remote controls for 3 bedrooms. Shower in en suite had poor pressure - unable to have two showers. Loose light fittings. Broken shutter in main bedroom - temporarily fixed. Unablte to use garden as overgrown - needs pruning and water dripping from air com units.

Great location, clean and well maintained

+ Very clean, well equipped and spacious townhouse. Well maintained Beautiful garden (and the smell of honeysuckle was wonderful!) Great location close to Carrefour and some local eateries, only 10 minutes walk to beach

− Lack of sunbeds. Could really do with some folding sunbeds/hamacas to enable sunbathing in the lovely garden or at the very close by pool. Plastic sheets on mattresses made the beds really hot and crinkly, despite the beds being lovely and comfortable Could do with some plastic glasses for outdoor drinks and also checking bedside drawers for left/used items

Excellent property

+ One of the Best property we have rented in Booking.com todate (we have stayed in 20+ properties in about 10 countries) - it is highly recommended. The villa/townhouse is like a home and suitable for 6 adults.

− Would be great to provide hair-dryers. The Basement car park was not available but there are ample parking on the street.

+ the property was very tidy very clean in a quiet area 8 minutes walking from the sea , the rooms were spacious very comfortable beds , beautiful view from the windows terrace , everything was faultless , the communication with the agent was amazing they responded to our inquiries almost immediately, we forgot a watch for my son in the property they called me and told me about it . check in and check out was very easy , highly recommended and definitely I will be looking for the same property in my next visit .
