+ It was very clean and just as in the images. The owner responded very quick and it was very helpful when we encountered problems.

+ Locația a fost geniala. La etajul 15. Ieșeam pe balcon și vedeam Oceanul. Dimineață și seara auzeam valurile. Chiar mi-a plăcut mult. Și camera a fost suficient de mare. Am avut spațiu și de bagaje și de haine. Un studio super drăguț, chiar recomand.

− Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca e la ceva distanta de orașul Adeje, însă cazarea este super. Depinde de fiecare ce vrea sa viziteze. Noi am făcut toată insula cu mașina, ceea ce nu ne-a deranjat fiind ceva mai departe de oraș. În schimb, găsești și aici magazine, restaurante, tot ce vrei. În concluzie, nu exista ceva care sa nu îmi fi plăcut.

Overall, we were completely satisfied with everything and had a great stay.

+ The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – small but very nice and well-maintained. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of our stay. Access to the property was easy, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. It’s definitely worth reserving a parking space, as finding a spot on the surrounding streets can be quite difficult and frustrating. The apartment is actually located in Playa Paraíso rather than Adeje, so the more popular beaches (Fañabé, Torviscas, El Duque, etc.) are only easily accessible by car. Overall, we were completely satisfied with everything and had a great stay.

+ L’appartamento è accogliente e dotato di tutti i beni di prima necessità, incluso un kit di primo soccorso. Perfetto per due persone e prossimo a spiagge, lounge bar, ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto. Il parcheggio, inoltre, è una delle carte vincenti. La ciliegina sulla torta è la vista che permette la visione di un tramonto spettacolare. Gli host, Valeria e Alex, sono di una gentilezza unica, pronti a supportare prima e durante il soggiorno. − Appartamento molto vecchio e trascurato.. Mobili datati e disimogenei. Ho aperto lo stipite della cucina cercando delle posate e l'ho richiuso immediatamente perché ha invaso la stanza di un odore forte e sgradevole. Letto confortevole ma molto piccolo. In due si sta stretti. Parcheggio difficile. Frequento molto Tenerife ed è la prima brutta esperienza. Tra tutti consiglio Angel's tropical suite, a pochi passi, una vera chicca impeccabile, con parcheggio facile in un contesto signorile.

Pretty disappointing

− Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment had a strong, unbearable smell from the moment we arrived that made me ill during the first night, and it did not disappear during the entire stay. The host provided an air freshener, but it did not resolve the issue. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming through the bathroom ventilation. The apartment was not properly cleaned — floors were dirty, dishes were dirty, and the overall hygiene standard was poor. After we complained, a cleaning crew was sent while we were out, so at least the dishes were washed, which we appreciated. Communication was also problematic. The first host we had been communicating with, Valerie, stopped responding to us. At the end of our stay, we received a message reminding us to leave the apartment clean, which was quite surprising considering the condition in which we found it. On a positive note, Booking.com customer service handled the situation professionally and provided us with compensation, which we appreciated. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. So we are surprised they have such a high review rate.

+ Abbiamo soggiornato ad Adeje Paraíso nel mese di Luglio. Come dimenticare lo splendido panorama dal terrazzino della nostra camera? Il tramonto ha fatto da cornice alle nostre cene sul balcone, per rendere l' esperienza della vacanza ancora più incantevole. Monolocale dotato di tutto, cucina, utensili per cucinare, letto comodo, unico dettaglio mancante la finestra in bagno, ma credo che la vista meravigliosa che c' era abbia vinto su tutto. Parcheggio interno privato a pagamento (prezzo irrisorio) con custode. Il balcone rimane quasi tutto il giorno all' ombra a parte le ore dopo pranzo per dare modo ai panni stesi di asciugarsi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato la possibilità di fare il check out un paio di ore dopo per esigenze personali. Esperienza bellissima, sicuramente da ripetere.

+ We chose this place and location after reading many good reviews from previous guests and because we wanted a relaxing holiday. Overall we were very happy with the place. First of all I would like to give a big shout out to the manager Alex, who cares about her guests and gives information and advice not only about the apartment but also about things to do in the area. A nice touch, a bottle of bubbly, which you can pick up at the nearby restaurant. The undeniable bonus of the apartment is the view from the 15th floor balcony. And although this April was unusually cloudy and even rainy, we were able to enjoy not only the sunset but also the rainbow. The apartment itself is actually a small studio (inaccuracy in the booking.com description), which is sufficient for two people, more would be a crowd. As mentioned by other guests, the mattress is on the smaller side (max 180cm long). There is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for a child. There is a small kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. Would be nice to have: - bottled water (for tired travellers who arrive late after shops are closed) - salt, pepper (we left our for next travellers) - washing powder for 1-2 loads (was provided upon request) PS One important thing to consider while booking: The place is top floor and tends to get hot. In April it is not a problem, but in summer it might be as the place doesn't have AC or a van. PPS the nearby beach with sun umbrellas, black sand and clean water suitable for swimming is Playa de Ajabo (10 min walk north) Umami Coffee in the building is the best place coffee, homemade passion fruit cheesecake and smoothies in the area.

− There very little you can do besides earplugs or joining the entertaining program in the nearby hotel - it tends to be quite laud.

+ It was perfect for my friend and I. Beautiful views and the sun through the afternoon till sunset. Great pool area, peaceful and clean. Perfect location for the supermarket, restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the evenings at the hard rock hotel opposite or any of the big ones. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. Will happily use again.

− The only issue was that the sofa bed was very hard so not particularly comfortable. Saying that I managed and would stay again.

Fabulous and well worth a visit

+ Property was very clean, fabulous views ,pool area very clean and quiet,perfectly placed near shops & restaurants and beach cove Alex the owner was very good to communicate with . Also the gift voucher for a bottle of fizz was a lovely touch Beautiful birthday with my friend Definitely would visit again

+ Apartments in a great location, suitable for relaxation, with a beautiful view from the balcony, next to a shopping center, bus stop and Tenerife travel office. We found all the necessary household items, the host Alex was empathetic and let us into the room much earlier than expected in the conditions. We definitely recommend this place for a vacation...

Great choice

+ Beautiful, tidy, quiet apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very easy to check in. Shops, bars nearby. Parking in front of the entrance, paid but I am very happy with it. Alex is a great host, he responds immediately and solves the problem. Thank you Alex for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful view and nice location

+ Location and view of the ocean are amazing. Apartment is situated at the 15th floor, but there were 4 elevators. Plenty of restaurants nearby and bus stop is just in front of the building. There is also a shopping center which can be reached in 10 or 15 minutes walk.

− Bed is a little bit small and mattress not comfy.

A nice stay with a great view

+ It was a very nice location, the view from the balcony was stunning. It was enough dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, it was nice that in the bathroom was sun creams, shower gel and shampoo. Wifi was free and available in the apartment. There was variety of restaurants, cafes and few shops near the apartment. Pool is not heated, but water temperature was nice, it was also very clean in the apartment and common areas. All building is being locked for the night and you can enter only with a usual key or touch key, guardian is always in a building, we really liked that and felt safe. Al in all, the stay was nice.

− There is no air conditioner, we stayed there on January so that was fine, it wasn't too hot in the apartment, but in the summer time, I think, it would be too hot. Bed wasn't very comfortable, a little bit unstable and maybe a little bit too small. There is a lamp under the bed on the wall, that is nice, but it is hanged too low, we almost dropped it on our heads few times. There is no free parking space for the guests (it was no free space left at all, even though you have to pay for it) , you have to book it before you arrive (if there is free spaces left), that could be (it was for us) kind of a big disadvantage if you have rent a car for the whole stay because it is hard to find available parking space near (up to 1km from the apartment) or even further from the apartment, but parking on the street is at least free almost everywhere, so with a little bit of waiting or driving few times through the neighborhood, it is possibility that you will win the lottery. :)
