+ Nothing it was a total disaster as the shuttles would not go to the accomodation

− I was fooled into believing that this was a holiday hotel but no swimming pool no restaurant

Great little apartment to stay for a night or two

+ Lovely little apartment. Very basic but it suited us for a 2 night stay. Very clean. The owners were lovely and helpful.

− Expérience catastrophique ! Le logement était dans un état déplorable : une odeur insupportable dès l’entrée, et le lit m’a littéralement provoqué des démangeaisons — probablement à cause de punaises ou d’un manque d’hygiène flagrant. Cerise sur le gâteau : je me suis retrouvé(e) dehors à cause de leur mauvaise gestion, sans aucune aide ni solution proposée. C’est inadmissible ! À fuir absolument. Ce type d’hôte ne devrait même pas être autorisé à louer.

+ La posizione era ottima e il balconcino con vista sull’Hard Rock Hotel molto carino.

− Appena arrivati, l’appartamento aveva un odore molto forte e sgradevole che impregnava tutto: lenzuola, asciugamani, cuscini, armadio e cucina. Ho dovuto lavare ogni cosa, ma la puzza non andava via, soprattutto dai cuscini, tanto da doverli sostituire con altri acquistati da me. Anche con spray per ambienti il problema è rimasto. Purtroppo ci siamo trovati male e non lo consiglierei.

− I didn't like that we didn't have use of the pool and we didn't hear about pool until we arrived very disappointing wasn't happy with that at all contacted the owner who replied go to the beech 😡😡😡beds were very bad brick hard not to clean the pillows were dirty looking had to put covers on top of hard foam mattress and cover pillows too 😡

+ This location is a true gem for those seeking a serene and picturesque getaway. Nestled next to the beach and surrounded by lush plantations, it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility. Walking along the coastline is a daily delight, with stunning views and a refreshing breeze. The building’s swimming pool adds an extra touch of relaxation, and the warm, community-oriented atmosphere makes you feel right at home. It’s an ideal spot to unwind and connect with both nature and like-minded neighbors. But the studio is shabby and needs to be refurbished asap!

− While the location is fantastic, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. The person who greeted us appeared to be under the influence, which was unsettling. Practical issues included a leaking fridge, only one set of towels, a single roll of toilet paper, and a tiny kitchen towel and the cockroach — barely adequate for a comfortable stay. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise promising experience.

Basic apartment but had everything needed for a good holiday and great value for money.

+ The apartment was very basic but spotlessly clean and was what we expected for the money we paid. We were met at the property and shown around and given advice on local restauarants which was very helpful.

− Need to upgrade and increase towels provided, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, which to be honest had all seen better days, for a 10 stay we felt 1 towel each was insufficient.

Excellent. I will comeback next summer.

− Cockroaches, it’s some kind of trouble, they crawled everywhere, we were offered to get them, but they would climb and die... So we decided to poison them ourselves... all 9 days, I didn’t see them, only on the last day they started crawling again... It’s terrible, and when you throw out garbage They are swarming there... oh, no words...

− Old cracked power socket in a kitchen area. Bed is very thin and can feel all metal spirals in tve mattress, luckily there were mattress topper that it saved it. Not very convienant location of the sockets in the apartments.

+ Very lovely apartment with a great view of the ocean and the area. Restaurants are very close which is really nice and it is easy to communicate with the owner. I really recommend this apartment if you're looking for a great place to stay at.

Value for money

+ The hosts Vladimir and his wife were excellent, picking us up at the airport and full of information. The apartment and the building we're exceptionally clean and in good order. The location was excellent with outstanding views from the balcony which also had sun from 4.30 pm till sunset. The studio had all the amenities for a self catering holiday including a powerfull hot shower. I had access to BBC news and WiFi There is a small family friendly pub..."Eldon" attached to the building Ran by a lovely landlady Corine. At the front of the apartments it was possible to catch the bus 471 to Los Christionos and Las Amercas for 2 euros You could just chill by the excellent large swimming pool with an abundance of sun loungers There is a good mixture of restaurants close by

+ The apartment had everything you need. Quiet and peaceful and safe environment ✌️ I was happy with that. The balcony view was amazing. Pool area great.it was a very short stay . Perfect for my visit The hosts were very kind and friendly. Interior could be updated. But it's not a big issue! ideal for short stays.

+ The owners of the apartment were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us know that we could ask them for anything at any point. The room was clean and tidy and there is a nice view from the balcony. Close to many shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and close proximity to the beach.

− Unfortunately there were no English channels on the TV and we could not figure out the air con. There was a fan but unsure whether air con works or not.
