Summary of a 9-day stay

+ - fully equipped kitchen with many amenities, - coffee machine with capsules, - spacious room, - NO moldy odor, - nice view, - elevator, - safe atmosphere, - very close to beach, supermarket, washing saloon and beach strip without party people in hearing distance, - very nice host always available for contact.

− - Motor bikes accelerate extra loud until 2.00 am (oropax mandatory), - odor from bathroom plumbing (door needs to bee kept close), - construction work during the day (probably not applicable anymore, to me it didn’t matter because I was out all day and slept in the night; might be a problem if you intend to party and sleep in), - no washing machine.

Was a very pleasant week didn’t really come across any issues

+ Good location, Felt safe, comfortable bed, lovely staff

− Bathroom smelt strange once in a while, shower head hardly stayed up, tap to change temperature was very sensitive either cold or very very hot, and the curtain didn’t stop water from reaching the floor. Kitchen needs an oven.

+ I had a very lovely stay as a solo traveller, a nice walk in the beach and restaurants and stores are just around the corner. My host Liany, is very helpful and mindful. I hope to visit Portimao again.

Perfect location & a great stay!

+ This property was cute and just what I needed for myself! It’s super close to the strip which was great to be in walking distance to everything as I was there for a festival. Liany the host was super helpful and kind, there was even a bar of chocolate on the bed!

− The shower maybe needs a little upgrade and the shower head wouldn’t stay up but still functional!

+ This property has an absolutely ideal location for the beach. It's a lovely sun filled studio apartment that is perfect for a single person or a couple who would like to stay for a little longer, and don't want the hotel experience. The host is lovely, and will be sure to leave you her number to get in touch if there are any problems. The kitchen is well equipt and there are grocery stores within walking distance. The wifi is functional, and it was easy to get work done in the apartment while drinking a coffee in the sun.

− There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would just be aware that there isn't a beachfront view, if that's what you are looking for. The apartment was pretty much exactly as advertised.

excellent location and clean apartment

+ it was clean and very central to the beach and bars and restaurants. liany the owner was wonderful and very approachable it was small but had all the amenities you needed. she left her mobile number if we had any problems.
