amplio duplex reformado

+ We stayed at Amplio Dúplex Reformado Alquiler Temporal in Madrid as two families (8 people in total). The apartment was very clean and well-equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There were two bathrooms, one on the basement level and another on level -1, which was convenient for a larger group. The comunication was by whatsup and very informative. There were some checkin procesures online before the arrival ( it takes a little time, similar to airplain checkin). The location was very good in qiuet area — a bus stop was right next to the apartment, the metro station was about 500 meters away, and there were several restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. Overall, it’s a spacious and clean place in a convenient area for a very good price. We had a very nice time there.

− However, there were some things to be aware of. The spiral staircase made noise and isn’t very suitable for children. The living room and one of the bedrooms were located below the basement level (–1), even they were spacious there were no windows, which made those spaces feel a bit closed. The beds in the bedrooms should be improved/replaced, because they were quite noisy when moving or turning.

− Personalmente no me gustaron las almohadas, eran muy pequeñas y suaves (esto estaba en la habitación de abajo en el rincón más alejado)

Problemas con el ingreso al apartamento, un trato no agradable e incómodo

+ La ubicación

− Lamentablemente el trato con el personal que hacía las coordinaciones, me hizo pasar un mal rato ya que a pesar que cometieron un error con la llave, mis padres no podían ingresar al apartamento y tenían que esperar hasta que lleguen con la llave su trato fue déspota al inicio y nada agradable. Luego se disculpó pero igualmente me hizo pasar un muy mal momento.

Very good, new aparment. The check in process is something you don’t want to deal with as a group.

+ Good location. Very comfortable apartment, lots of space. 2 separate bathrooms. They let us check in a little earlier.

− The fact that we were staying in the apartment as a group of 7, before they sent us the information for our check-in, we needed to fill all of our documentation of every single person. They requested all possible information, from the name, address, birth date, place, passport nm, photo for the proof, selfi photo from every single person and the signature via app for 2 documents. A few days before our arrival they sent me an email to check all the guests and even called me to do so. I spent 1,5h collecting all of the needed information and found out that I need signature from the people. I called and said that we will personally give them our documents and would like to check in upon arrival, on which they agreed. When we arrived, they told me that I didn’t finish the check in and I still need to do so. We together SPEND 30+ MINUTES to do the check in front of the apartment so they sent us code to enter. With every single possible apartment I was traveling around the world, I never experienced something like the guest needs to do what is the job of the host. It is a lot easier to fill this for 1 or 2 persons, but for the group, you guys will have to do some of your job so you will not be getting frustrated comments from your clients.

− I did not like the communicationof staff , it was very difficult to send us the instructions for check in, I call them three days to give me the instructions : Pillows were very bad, the sofas in the living room were not clean . The did not offer communication, service and comfort.

+ the location and everything was good
