− Struttura abbastanza sporca e con un cattivo odore persistente. Sicuramente un buon appoggio per pochissimi giorni ma non di più.

+ Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist unschlagbar, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Kontaktperson im Vorfeld, vor Ort und auch danach war super.

− Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen.

+ La proximité avec tout ( plage à 5 min à pied) , restau, supermarché, bar , bus et tram à 5 mètres , très calme Miguel hyper réactif, tout le nécessaire est là

+ Wygodne łóżko i ładna okolica, niedaleko duży parking obok stacji i mcdonald’s, miły właściciel wysłał nam polecane restauracje w okolicy

− W obiekcie niestety nie było za czysto , było czuć wilgoć, co gorsza były również karaluchy, w obiekcie było również bardzo ciemno (mało okien, niektóre z nich były dodatkowe zaklejone)

− Odeur persistante d égout dans la salle d eau pas de distributeur de papier toilette manque des vraies patères et une étagère . Le compresseur de la clim est bruyant et s entend trop dans la chambre 2

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung!

+ Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch, ob die Unterkunft für den Preis tatsächlich bietet was die Beschreibung verspricht aber sie hat uns echt überzeugt. Das Interior, das Loft ist minimalistisch und modern eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Für zwei Leute war es perfekt, aber mit 1-2 weiteren hätte es auch noch gut geklappt! Die Kücheaustattung war top, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung funktioniert so ganz bestimmt auch gut für einen deutlich längeren Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wenn man in Strandnähe sein will, dann kann ma da in 10 Minuten hinlaufen. Leider war das Wetter nicht gut, sodass wir diesen Vorteil nicht nutzen konnten, aber man läuft nur 3 Minuten zur nächsten Bus und Bahnhaltestelle. Der Standort ist top angebunden. Wir haben immer so 30 Minuten gebraucht bis wir im Kern von Valencia waren. Wenn das Wetter gut ist könnte man auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren und wäre schneller. Supermärkte sind von der Wohnung auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kleiner befindet sich schon 5 Minuten entfernt für den größeren Mercadonna, braucht man 15 Minuten. Der Vermieter der Wohnung war sehr freundlich hat uns ganz viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants in Valencia gegeben und hat einfach grundsätzlich sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr sicher in der Gegend gefühlt und sind was die Unterkunft betrifft sehr zufrieden mit unserer Reise!

− Es riecht etwas nach Abfluss, aber sauber! Den Geruch habe ich aber auch an anderen Orten, wie Toilettenräume von Cafés wahrgenommen von daher wir fanden es nicht schlimm. Es ist etwas hellhörig aber ich glaube das ist in Spanien auch normal und ich glaube man ist in Deutschland einfach einen anderen Standard gewohnt. An sich war die Lautstärke im und um das Haus herum total in Ordnung. Wir kommen selbst aus einer Großstadt und es ist einfach normal, dass man nachts wenn man das Fenster offen hat, Leute vorbeigehen hört oder auch am Morgen. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Ein Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer war leider verstopft und die Dusche sah auch nach kalkhaltigem Wasser aus aber alle anderen Waschbecken waren auch sehr in Ordnung! Und für einen Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen hat alles für uns gepasst.

+ Miguel y Ana fueron muy amables, en todo momento estuvieron a nuestra disposición por si teníamos algún problema. Pudimos dejar las maletas hasta la salida del tren. El apartamento amplio y cerca de la playa y paradas del bus.

− Łazienka nie ogrzewana i późną jesienią przy niższych temperaturach trochę wilgotno i chłodno. Tragedii nie ma 🙂

+ La amabilidad de Miguel, lo fácil que ha sido la comunicación con el. En cuanto al apartamento tiene lo justo para pasar unos days en Valencia y la ubicación no podría ser mejor. Hemos estado en muchos apartamentos en Valencia y sin duda volvemos sin duda será aquí!

Great location comfy beds

+ Good communication with host we arrived late and were met with keys but not really shown around as they didn’t speak English and we are very ignorant and didn’t speak Spanish. Great location for beach and trams and bars of cabanyal

− Place smelt stale no covers for bed settee there were 3 of us. Only place I’ve ever stayed that doesn’t have a kettle. There were no toilet rolls until the morning. We arrived just before 10pm so no where open to buy anything probably should have asked host to help but all we did was sleep in the apartment.

− The property is tired, there was a damp smell and the kitchen was not very clean. It was also very noisy from neighbours and people outside late at night.

+ The apartment had a all the basics. The side streets were very clean and pretty.

− Difficult to navigate round the city with minimal Spanish. We ended up using taxis to get around. Its actually a good walk to the beach.

− Front bedroom is on the street, noisy with passers by and any traffic. Neighbours noisy generally, can hear a lot of coming and going from other apartments. Furnishing very basic, pallets!
