Accoglienza e pace

+ La casa di Patricia è in una zona tranquillissima ed è davvero accogliente, non enorme ma con tutto quello che serve, davvero tutto. La veranda permette di fare delle belle cene riparandosi dal vento, che spesso tira forte, ma con la sensazione di mangiare all’aperto. Ma soprattutto Patricia è una host speciale: gentile, disponibile, umana. Io ho dormito sul divano letto e si è addirittura premurata di acquistare un materassino aggiuntivo per renderlo più confortevole (e si dormiva benissimo, infatti). Consigliatissima ♥️

Schöne Wohnung in der tollen Lage

+ Die Wohnung sieht noch besser als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 7-8 bis Carcavelos Strand, in 5 Minuten ein großer Supermarkt mit guter Auswahl von Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar mit dem Sonnenschirm und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage war auch super hilfreich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert durch Schlüsselkasten. Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Ich hab meinen Aufenthalt genossen.

I could have stayed forever

+ I arrived in Lisbon right after the big storm in March - bridges were closed, traffic was chaotic, trains were cancelled, and the rain was relentless. But Patricia was an absolute star. She waited for me, and her warm, welcoming presence quickly washed away the stress of the journey. Even while I was still en route, she kept me updated and made sure I had all the information I needed. The apartment is absolutely lovely: cozy, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. From the charming interior and full kitchen to thoughtful extras like a shopping cart and beach toys, it has everything you could possibly need. My stay was far too short, and I’m already hoping to return to this perfect little hub for exploring Lisbon (just 25 minutes away by train), Cascais, and of course, magical Sintra. This is probably one of the highest ratings I’ve ever given—but honestly, it was perfect in every way.

Quiet, very comfortable apartment close to everything

+ A wonderfully comfortable apartment in a very quiet location and short walking distances to the train station, supermarket and beach. Alex is an amazing host and very approachable. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and more.

Good apartment for beach holiday for two!

+ Good location, close to Carcavelos beach (10-15 min walk). Nice clean apartment with very good kitchen amenities, air con and WiFi. Hosts were very helpful and gave us great info for nearby amenities like restaurants, shops, etc., as well as a gift of a bottle of port! The residential area is generally quiet and seems safe enough too, if a little dark at night. Lisbon city is about 40 mins away by train (10 min walk to station) but we only went in on three different days as we were mostly at the nearby beach. Good shopping area with groceries in nearby Riviera hotel complex (5 mins walk). Overall was worth the money if you want a beach holiday.

− Apartment is a little small but it’s fine for two people. There’s only one key for the main door, not a big deal if you’re always going together. Air conditioning only in one room but it does spread through the apartment if doors/window left open. There was some noisy construction work nearby during the weekdays but wasn’t too much of an issue and this wouldn’t always be the case.

+ We stayed for 4 nights in early September and had an absolutely fabulous time! Alex (the host) was very helpful and responsive if we needed anything- he also sent us on helpful links about the local area. The property was very well set up for self catering with a well equipped kitchen and was a 5 minute walk to a very good supermarket. The property was clean, with a very comfortable bed and fully black out shutters for a great night sleep and to keep the property cool when sunny. The location was our favourite part of this property as it is on a quite residential street and was just 6 minutes walk to the beach- perfect for our beach break

+ Wonderful apartment in a great location close to beach and rail station with regular trains to Lisbon. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket/shops nearby and a choice of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay on the estoril coast.
