Schöne Wohnung Lage top

+ Die Nachbarin wo uns geholfen hat beim einchecken. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet.

− Da gibts nichts.

+ Ottima posizione

− Il bagno e la sua illuminazione, magari mettere una luce sopra lo specchio sarebbe utile.

+ Die Lage ist der Hammer, die Terrasse ist super ( wenn es eine Schirm gegeben hätte) Die Kommunikation wie.wo was wann war super. Wir haben uns a bisal doof angestellt, es wurde uns trotzdem mit eine sehr ruhigen Art beim Problem lösen geholfen. Für 3 Personen noch okay, für 2 Perfekt.

− Leider unsere Nachbarn waren extrem laut, dafür sag ich mal können die Vermieter nichts, war nur echt störend, weil man kaum schlafen konnte, man dachte diese Jungs stehen bei uns im Zimmer. Leider ist die Küche und das Schlafsofa schon etwas abgewohnt, nur der Preis war super für uns wegen der Lage, der Terasse...

Ottimo soggiorno

+ La pozione, vicino al centro, la dotazione soddisfa le aspettative. La struttura risponde subito alle richieste.

niet echt top

− airco was stuk en na meerder meldingen kwam niemand hem maken. Bank was stuk al bij aankomst. Het was niet schoon.....

Utrolig dårlig

+ Plasseringen var perfekt

− Hele leilighetsbygget var veldig slitt og luktet muggent. Heisen var slitt og liten. Selve leiligheten var skitten når vi kom dit, skitne vegger, skitne gardiner, slitt og ødelagt sofa samt terrassestoler ute. Støvete og skittent bord ute, vi måtte ta en helt ny vask på egen hånd. Vi klagde på vasken og hele leiligheten, og fikk i svar at de ikke kunne refundere oss, men at de kunne fikse problemene. Når vaskedamen kom skiftet hun bare på allerede rene senger igjen, men vasket ingenting annet. Sengene var helt umulige å sove i. Putene var ubehagelige, lange og veldig høye, og når vi spurte om vi kunne få nye var svaret nei. Passer ABSOLUTT ikke for 4 stk. Max!! 2. Vi hadde skitne puter og mangla putetrekk. Små maur overalt.

− C’était pas nettoyé, le sol était degeulasse ainsi que le canapé lit. Il y a avait des taches et des fourmis. Emplacement très bruyant.

+ Super appartement, très bien placé et confortable à l’usage. Très bonne communication de l’équipe si besoin.

+ Si, lo pasamos muy bien , en realidad estaba poco en el apartamento, solo para ducharme y dormir.

− Todo está bien pero sería más práctico un espejo adicional, más bien grande y alguna silla para sentarse en caso de comer algo

Maja-HR

+ Smještaj u centru prekrasne Malage,sve na pješačkoj udaljenosti od muzeja,restorana,tvrđave,katedrale,... U centru, a opet dovoljno tiho i mirno noću za odmor, da možete uživati u narednom danu.

− Možda premalo opremljenosti stana,ali za turistički smještaj kada ste uglavnom "vani" i jedete vani zadovoljava

Bien propre emplacement super un peu de restauration serait un plus

+ L’emplacement vraiment super je ne veux pas dire de négatif car le service a été super nous avons eu du bon temps

− Nous avons loué 2 semaines appartement petit disposer nos vêtements et valises, le chauffage d’appoint manquait une roulette la clim ne fonctionnait pas pour le chauffage l’appartement manque de restauration

Decepcionante

+ Que estaba cerca del centro y que la cama era cómoda

− La suciedad que había y dejadez con armarios rotos, que se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la calle y que la atención de las personas no es muy buena, tuvimos que entrar tarde por un problema de ellos y no nos facilitaron dejar las maletas antes solo 10 minutos antes de la hora de entrada y teníamos que dejar las maletas e irnos y me tenía que avisar y nadie me avisó si no que casi 3 horas más tarde les pregunté y me dijeron que ya estaba solucionado y no habían limpiado ni arreglado nada.. Tras esta situación pregunté si podíamos salir más tarde y me dijeron que no, entonces si no cumple el horario de entrada y no me compensa esas tres horas algo de dinero me tendrán que devolver no?

+ -Ubicación. -Apartamento moderno.

− Al principio choca un poco cuando entras a la portería porque está todo medio caído y huele mucho a humedad.

+ De locatie is heel goed, op wandelafstand van het centrum. (Kan je wel wat straatlawaai hebben maar dit was nog doenbaar…) Grote ijskast. Goed bed. Personeel in bureau waren wel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, ook met de parking die we in de buurt aan korting konden boeken.

− Keuken verouderd. Zetel versleten. Living raam krijg je niet volledig in het slot. Badkamer na 1 x 5min douchen al koud water Geen handdoeken set voor mijn kindje gekregen. Gordijnen in slaapkamer te small en kort , sliepen naast kerstverlichting dat tot 1:30 flikkert in heel u kamer. Ze hebben wel geprobeerd andere gordijnen te hangen, was iets beter maar nog te kort :-( Geen klein sfeerlampje in living of keuken dus moesten altijd groot licht aan doen Raam in kamer en gang van living/kleerkast dus de slapers worden dan al wakker als 1 iemand licht aansteekt.

Pleasant apartment in central location

+ El alojamiento era muy amplio, súper limpio y las camas muy cómodas. El apartamento tenía absolutamente todo lo que podías necesitar. Lo mejor de todo la ubicación y la amabilidad de las personas con las que contactamos. Relación calidad-precio 10/10. Volveremos.

− Gestão da hospedagem ruim ! Instalações antigas precisando reparos. Fizeram contato via wapp 24 hs antes da data de chegada pedindo para preencher um formulário e fazer depósito de garantia de pagamento da estadia , sendo que já estava pago e enviei comprovante que já estava debitado do meu cartão. Entretanto informaram que se não fizesse não enviariam o código da chave . Fiz o depósito , já saí da estadia e não recebi mensagem de confirmação de que foi feito o estorno. Outro problema foi com o Sistema de abertura ( caixa com Codigo para pegar a chave) não funcionou no momento que chegamos e tivemos que pedir ajuda a vizinha para abrir ,pois neste sistema não tem Ninguém para ajudar e quase ficamos do lado de fora pois chegamos às 23:00 e apesar de tentar ligar ninguém atendia por conta do horário .

An excellent stay in Malaga, and the location and convenience of the apartment helped that.

+ Excellent location. Good size for a couple, and everything worked well.

− Became airless and stuffy overnight. Also the balcony windows leaked water onto the bedroom floor when there was rain. A leak from under the kitchen sink.

False Advertising and Lots of Issues

+ Stayed in the Second floor apartment with the grey three seater sofa, between 27 Sep 2025 to 04 Oct 2025. There are obviously multiple apartments under the same listing, which is not made clear when booking. ---THE GOOD--- Fantastic Location, Very secure, Easy to find.

− ---THE AVERAGE--- 1. Hot water pressure not great. 2. Mattress on the softer side, not the most comfortable. 3. Some of the plates in the kitchen have large chips in them. 4. Mis-sold on the apartment: expected an apartment with a large terrace, got one with a tiny balcony instead. When I queried this, I was told it's a language thing and in Spanish "Terrazas" means "Balcony" and does not mean Terrace. And when I said I wanted the one in the picture, all I got told was that there was already people in it. 5. Hole in the sink in the bathroom, apparently caused by previous tenant. ---THE BAD--- 1. Bedroom Curtains had massive holes torn into them. Also told this was done by previous tenant, and cleaning company did not tell them... Only the staples holding one of the tears closed was rusted, so it's been a while. 2. Toilet Seat completely loose. Complained about these things, via the WhatsApp channel (Saturday) and the toilet seat was fixed on the Monday... Also promised to replace the curtains. ---THE RIDICULOUS--- Arrived back on the Monday, to see that the torn curtains had been replaced by WHITE sheets, with a silver PLASTIC backing, that did not even reach the floor. I then of course flipped out, contacted them again, they said it was a temporary measure and sent me a picture of new curtains which they can replace the next day. I said I wanted it done that same day, they agreed. I went out for dinner, said I would be back at 8pm and it has to be done by then... I did get back at 8:10pm, AND WHOEVER WAS THERE LEFT THE APARTMENT DOOR WIDE OPEN AND HAD LEFT, with all my stuff inside. Thankfully nothing was missing, and the curtain had been replaced. ---CONCLUSION--- So, do I recommend this place? Well, if the issues had not been there, the lack of a terrace would have been an annoyance, sure, it happens, and then I would have.
