+ El alojamiento es muy completo, cómodo y moderno. Estaba todo muy limpio. La anfitriona me pareció de las más amables, estuvo súper atenta a nuestra llegada, que no nos falte nada y fue muy flexible a nuestra hora de partida. Lo recomiendo 100%

Està bé però és car pel que és

+ És un estudi decorat amb bon gust en una zona de Madrid que ens agrada molt. Els amfitrions són molt amables i ens van facilitar tant el check-in com el check-out. A més, una bona rebuda en persona sempre s'agraeix

− L'aire condicionat no va gaire bé, i el carrer és una mica sorollós en dissabte... Res d'això seria greu, en realitat. El principal problema és que és molt car. 190 euros la nit ens sembla un preu desproporcionat pel que és l'allotjament

I will recommend the place for sure

+ The place's location is great for visiting the city center. museums and the big park Retiro are very close in walking distance and there are a lot of bars restaurants and coffee places around the neighbourhood too. Also was clean and comfortable. Alicia was very supportive and helped us even extra. Overall we had a great time for 3 nights there.

− Its true the windows and door is to the street so it can be some noise but the walk side and street are very narrow so the traffic is not fast and noisy and not more than normal amount of people walking outside so is not a problem. They have AC but unfortunately in a hot day it can feel like you may need a fan too, but only if is too hot outside and if you are planning to travel during hot season. Overall was not a big issue

Great apartament in the city centre

+ Very clean and comfortable apartament close to the main city attractions. Acces to rail and metro in short walking distance. Good care provided by the owners

− Purtroppo é proprio a bordo strada quindi é facile sentire i rumori dei passanti durante la notte.

+ The location is 11/10 You are in the city center - everything is on a walking distance. I didn’t have to use any public transportation The apartment is exactly as in the pictures - clean and cozy The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

− The apartment is on a ground level on a small street (that’s not a secret) and it can be a bit loud when people are passing by the door. The street itself is quite though It’s not really a big problem (for me at least) but I guess it can bother light sleepers so maybe bring ear plugs

+ Очень удобное расположение в центре. Квартира очень светлая и просторная. Алисия очень радушная и гостеприимная.

− Немного был грязноват пол, возможно клининг не успел закончить, так как мы пришли на 15 минут раньше. Иногда слышно соседей, так как рядом проходит лестница, но в целом довольно тихий переулок и шума не очень много.

+ Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el apartamento. Era tal y como se mostraba en las fotos, lo cual siempre se agradece, y la ubicación es perfecta, con muy buena conexión para llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares de interés. Alicia, la anfitriona, es un encanto de mujer. El trato fue espectacular de principio a fin: estuvo siempre pendiente, nos ayudó con direcciones y nos facilitó muchísimo tanto la llegada como la salida. Aunque solo fue una escapada de fin de semana, nos sentimos como en casa en todo momento. Sin duda, esperamos repetir en el futuro.

+ El apartamento no solo está muy bien situado para recorrer el centro a pie, sino que destaca por su limpieza. Amabilidad y servicio de la anfitriona.

+ Posizione eccezionale!!! La zona dei musei e il centro della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Negozi, supermercati, caffetterie e ristoranti nelle vie adiacenti. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato.

− A la llegada, la anfitriona me estresó ya que mi vuelo se había retrasado (se lo avisé con bastante antelación, desde que la compañía me lo comunicó) y ella quería salir de viaje y asumía que era mi culpa cuando yo evidentemente no controlo el avión.

+ Alicia nous a accueillis de manière très professionnelle, avec beaucoup de conseils utiles. Nous avons eu à disposition un panier de fruits, de l’eau, du lait frais ainsi que des cartes pour utiliser le métro. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : l’appartement est très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Excelente relación calidad-precio

+ El apartamento está en una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo y con muchos bares y restaurantes. Muy bien equipado, es un solo espacio de salón, habitación y cocina muy agradable. Los propietarios muy amables y sin problemas tanto en la llegada como en la salida.

− El único pero es que el apartamento está a pie de calle (ya lo sabíamos) y hace que se oigan ruidos que pueden molestar por la noche.

+ El lugar es muy bonito, espacioso y estaba impecablemente limpio. La ubicación es excelente, con todo a mano. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, lo que hizo la estancia aún más agradable. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

+ Appartment was really clean and cozy. It was very close to main sightseeings. Host was very friendly.

+ Location close to everything, bathroom and cooking facilities were good. Bed was wonderfully comfortable.

− The street noise and the neighbors, we expected it to be noisy, it was a bit louder than expected.

+ The little apartment is located in a very nice and vibrant area close to many bars and restaurants. The place is tidy and clean. However, the value for money could be implemented in my opinion. it was rather difficult to properly rest in the night due to the noises coming from the street and from the other apartments (since the apartment is located at the ground floor it is not acoustically isolated at all). In addition, the apartment is very cold (due to its ground floor location) and the installed heating systems (a splitter and a electrical heating) are not sufficient in my opinion, therefore I personally wouldn’t recommend this place for deep winter season

+ Fantastic location downtown Madrid. Perfect place for a couple to stay. Easily able to walk to any landmark, supermarket, and lots of local great restsaraunts/bars just a minute walk away. The host was very communicative. Any questions we had were answered right away. They even lent us an umbrella for the weekend for the rain!

+ roomy, location (two metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants close by), good modern facilities, new mattress, responsive host with good recommendations. Nice touches - fruit, tea, coffee and even two metro cards for use.

− nothing, everything was good for our 4 nights (being picky would be nice to have a kettle).

Excellent studio in the Museum district of Madrid

+ This is an excellent studio a few min from Reina Sofia, very close to Prado, a metro station, very good bars and restaurants nearby. The interior is very well and thoughtfully organized to maximize the usable space, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen, and the hosts left some fruits and pastries as a welcome basket, very much appreciated. The apartment is on the street level, but the street is rather quiet, and there was no concern for privacy or safety whatsoever thanks to the blinds and window bars. We actually kept the windows open in the evening
