Vergonzoso

+ Hemos empezado los tramites de la reclamacion,tenemos una incidencia telefonica, ahora estamos de ruta, esta tarde continuaremos con la reclamación.

− No nos dejaron entrar en el hotel, teniamos reserva y en la reuvicacion que nos dio booking, tampoco nos atendieros, asi que encontramos alojamiento a altas horas de la noche por nuestra cuenta, que poca humanidad, dejar a unos trabajadores sin alojamiento a mas de 800km. de sus casas!!!

Estafa

− Nuestra estancia aquí duró menos de tres horas mientras hablábamos con atención al cliente y el supuesto encargado que no nos dió la cara para que nos devolviera nuestro dinero y denunciarlo por tan semejante estafa. El complejo no tenía agua corriente ( según el administrador es por la sequía ...para flipar), no teníamos luz en nuestra habitación, olía horrible, la limpieza nula y la piscina era una charca de ranas asquerosa. Le dieron a la depuradora cuando llegamos y le echaron una garrafa de cloro más tres pastillas para mejorar la cosa, pero era penoso. Este complejo debería de estar cerrado por sanidad, es un delito a la salud pública!!! Un horror todo!! Si estás leyendo esto hazme caso y no reserves en este sitio, son unos caraduras Pongo fotos de la supuesta piscina y de que no había agua corriente ( ojo posición del mando, no sale agua )

Enjoyable

+ The pool was open and it nice, it was a little bit difficult to find but once I knew where it was there were no problems. I did not have breakfast but it was available. Secure parking and it was nice that I was able to leave early as I had a plane to catch.

Exceptional

Ultimate location for a group to explore around. Huge secure parking lot.

+ The Villa has all it needs and was very comfortable for our group of 18. Comfortable beds and pillows. Poll, barbecue what else you could ask for :) actually the biggest advantage for us was huge parking lot where we could fit 19 atvs, a car and a trailer. Plus all area was very secure, protected by surveillance system and gate. The host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ondra for such hospitality and wonderful experience.

What a absolute gem 💎

+ Absolutely fantastic place, found it by chance whilst travelling on the motorcycle though Southern Spain. I wish I could have stayed longer to discover abundance of trails in the desert. Definitely coming back soon awesome place if you like bikes, host was excellent 👌 and Groot is a real specimen 😎😎😜 see you again soon!!!

A great find and a super host

+ Our host was fantastic and welcoming. The place was a little tricky to find as there is a dirt road for about 100meters. But the beds were comfortable. And we had use of the kitchen, washing machine, sitting room. Was really made feel at home. I would recommend the place
