+ Дуже вдало розташовано, номер повністю влаштував, будо все необхідне для проживання (посуд, рушники, постіль).Прибирання раз в три дні, це чудово!

− Єдине що не сподобалось, це шум тарілок за вікном який доноситься з сусіднього готелю, вікно не відкриєш нормально.

+ la posizione centrale, vicino sia alla spiaggia sia ai negozi. L’appartamento era essenziale ma vivibile, perfetto per un soggiorno di una settimana.

− Suggerirei di installare un impianto di raffreddamento perché ad agosto fa davvero caldo. Per quanto riguarda il servizio piatti e pentole aggiungerei uno scolapasta (scusate siamo italiani). Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Espectacular

+ La ubicación es espectacular, es muy espacioso y muy limpio. No tuvimos ningún problema con nada. Además la chica de recepción fue súper simpática con nosotras.

− Les gros points noirs sont : - Les équipements vétustes et dans leurs jus, - L'absence de climatisation en pleine canicule n'est juste pas possible, - La connexion WiFi est instable et insuffisante, - Le bruit extérieur, - La présence de nuisible tels que des cafards dans l'appartement et les parties communes, - Le rapport qualité/prix

− Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. The biggest problem was that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. During our stay the temperature was over 30°C, and the ceiling fans were not enough. It was very difficult to sleep because the rooms stayed hot all night. Another disappointing thing was the misleading photos. The pictures on the website suggested that there was a swimming pool, but in reality there was no pool at all. Most apartment buildings in this area have swimming pools, so there is no good reason to choose this property if you expect one. The rooms are old. They are clean and reasonably well maintained, but they have a strong old smell that cannot be removed. The smell comes especially from the old furniture. We even avoided putting our clothes in the wardrobes because we were afraid they would absorb the smell. We also received a different apartment than the one shown in the photos that Booking sent us after our reservation. The biggest disappointment was the balcony. We chose this apartment partly because of the large balcony shown in the pictures, but the balcony we got was much smaller. When we reported this at reception, we were told that the Booking photos were only example photos and did not necessarily show the apartment we would receive. So be aware that you never really know what you will get when you arrive. We also found several cockroaches, about 3 cm long, in the apartment and around the building. There were also a few smaller problems, such as a broken electric kettle and a blocked sink. To be fair, the staff fixed these problems quickly. The apartments are very close to the beach. This is convenient during the day, but it also means you will hear every beach party. On weekend nights the music was loud until very late, making it difficult to sleep. Looking at the many positive reviews, I honestly wonder whether we were simply unlucky or whether our expectations are higher than those of other guests.

Mala experiencia, buena ubicación.

+ Buena ubicación. El apartamento en general bien. Elisabeth de recepción, tuvo que lidiar con las problemáticas que generó sus compañeros.

− No hay aire acondicionado, es inhumano la calor que hace. Te dan dos ventiladores que no funcionan o la opción de tener un pingüino en la habitación por 100€/semana. Hay un ventilador de techo que cuando llegamos no funcionaba, al quejarnos, el de mantenimiento, en llamada y en altavoz con la chica de recepción le dijo a su compañera que estaba en el descanso y que no iba a ir a arreglar nada, que nos aguantaramos que tampoco iba a pasar nada por 1h sin aire (no eramos los únicos que estabamos esperando reparaciones por parte de este trabajador, JOSEMI). Al final sí vino a repararlo, entrando en nuestra habitación SIN AVISAR y corrompiendo nuestra intimidad, nos lo encontramos ya dentro de la habitación y nos llevamos un susto terrible. Además, el trato hacia nosotros fue de vacile y de superioridad, muy poca educación. Evidentemente, queja formal al hotel y espero que esto no se repita con nadie más. Lamentable. Gracias a la chica de recepción que con su amabilidad hizo que la situación fuera más amena. Por cierto, no tiene piscina como aparece en google, ni tampoco te dejan usar la del R2 Veronica como hemos leído en algún sitio. Había cucarachas en el hotel, en los rellanos.

− Bohuzial apartmany nemaju klimatizaciu ale len ventilatory (viacmenej moja chyba, ze som si to nevsimol, ale po pravde som si ani nepredstavoval, ze by klimatizacia v izbach nebola) V noci proste nevyvetrate a v tych teplach to bol masaker. Bolo by vhodne doplnit aj vybavenie kuchyne a trosku dbat na cistotu vo vacsej miere. Par krat bol vypadok elektriky, ale to asi neovplyvni nikto.

− Nincs klima , a konyha felszereltsége elégtelen, nagy volt a zaj , a szemközti hotel hűtőagregátjai nagyon hangosan mentek éjjel - nappal!!

− Apartments don’t have air conditioners,so it very hard to sleep at night during the hot season,some furniture is out of date and needs a replacement. Plus the worst part is the noisy industrial fridge or air conditioning from the hotel across the road,so imagine that you enjoying the lovely view from the balcony,but at the background constant tractor like noice 24/7.awful….

− Nem tetszett hogy csak ventillator van es nincs klíma,a nagy melegben nem lehet pihenni,az ablak pedig ahogy nyitva volt éjszaka az egyik reggel egy csótány volt a fürdőszobában :-(

− Было жарковато вентилятор напольный в комнатах не сильно справлялся с жарой, а вот в гостиной потолочный охлаждал хорошо, было бы супер если в комнатах тоже были потолочные вентиляторы.

+ Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del Aldi, muy cerca de todo tipo de restaurantes, negocios, sitios para tomarte una copa.

− Si hace demasiado calor, aunque hay ventiladores, se pasa un poco mal por la noche, aunque la playa está cerca para darse un remojón. Una cosa que no nos gustó es que vinieron a hacer la habitación el sábado y no limpiaron las mesas, fue una limpieza un poco fugaz por así decirlo con el cambio de ropa de cama y toallas eso sí.
