Een super vakantie in een top appartement

+ Wat een heerlijk appartement waarbij het aan niets ontbrak. Echt alles wat je maar nodig mocht hebben is aanwezig, zelfs een supboard waar we bijna dagelijks gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Ook heerlijk dat er een stille airco hangt die zijn werk prima doet want overbodig dat is hij niet. Heerlijk slapen dus in dit prachtige appartement. Dank ook aan onze host Ivone die er voor zorgde dat we zonder problemen toegang kregen tot het appartement. Wij komen volgend jaar weer terug. Op loopafstand van het strand, het centrum, de jachthaven en de Carrefour en Consum. Alles binnen handbereik.

Excellent - clean, modern, great location,

+ The apartment was immaculately clean, with everything needed and exactly as described. It is in a location that's close enough to the centre to walk in but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The WiFi was strong and steady and the A/C was great. The swimming pool and garden are lovely and it's just a 5-minute walk down to Balmins Beach (clothed and nudist). It's a 10-minute walk to the local Carrefour supermarket which is well-stocked. I will definitely stay here again.

+ Great location near the seaside and the city centre. Super host, always available to support and friendly. Everything clean and in a good shape.

− Very big problem- no chance to spend time in the garden( around the pool)

− De slaapkamer was eigenlijk geen kamer maar een kast, wel een klapbed in de woonkamer

Séjour parfait

+ La situation géographique est parfaite. Proche de la plage et dans un quartier calme. A 10 mn du centre ville et d’un super marché. L’appartement a été récemment rénové. Il est propre et parfait pour deux personnes. La résidence est aussi très bien entretenue. Merci à Ivone pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

− Petite remarque … le train ne passe pa loin. On l’entend c’est un fait, mais la nuit pas de train. Donc nuit au calme.

+ Todo perfecto. La anfitriona muy amable a la hora de reservar y facilitándonos información sobre la zona, medios de transporte, etc. Genial 😁

+ Расположение просто супер, из окна видно море. Квартира очень красивая, ухоженная, абсолютно всё есть для проживания. Удобно готовить, хорошая кровать. Безопасно!

− В ноябре было холодно, кондиционер особо не справлялся, а из окна дуло. Но это применимо для всех испанских квартир. Ещё пару раз выключало пробки при использовании духовки: решается перезагрузкой системы (ящик у двери).

Ideal para desconectar

+ Apartamento muy completo, limpio, en una urbanización muy agradable, con piscina y a 5 minutos de la playa. Ideal para unas vacaciones en pareja o en familia. Nos ha encantado la ubicación. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Muy cerca, para ir andando, del centro de Sitges donde tienes todo tipo de restaurantes, cafeterias y tiendas. Yvone muy amable y detallista. Siempre atenta con cualquier duda que teníamos.

+ The property is right next to the Melia Sitges for ease of access and is close to the beaches, has amazing views, the place was very clean and comfortable, all the appliances were working. Host is great.

+ Overall the flat was clean and had pots and pans in good condition. The owner replies immediately. The location is good.

− It was a real disappointment, because the description clearly advertised a patio, which was not there… We contacted the owner, who replied immediately, but told us that the passageway outside the main door was the “patio” (see photo). There is no doubt that a patio is an outdoor living space attached to the house, you can also see the icon in booking.com representing the patio has a table, chairs and sun umbrella (see photo). I complained to Booking.com but for reasons still unknown they said that they can’t do anything about false advertising, but that I can write it in the review so as to warn future guests. Maybe for some people it is not important but for us the patio was the reason that made us decide to book this flat, which is very small and has no balcony. Also the “bedroom” is only 5 sqm with no windows. The ventilator did not work, but fortunately it wasn’t hot enough to affect us. There are a lot more inaccuracies in the list of facilities, but not as serious as the presence of a patio... For example it says it has a mosquito net, which it is there but it is ripped… so of no use. The owner replies immediately and is willing to help, but really thought that adding there was a patio was ok, as long as she didn’t add photos of a patio which wasn’t there…If anything is important to you I suggest to contact the owner and double-check.

+ Excellent apartment in an excellent location. Has all you need for your stay. Very clean, airy and superb location. Host was excellent and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

All in all, nice host, nice apartment, really get a lot for a low price.

+ The host was very nice and welcoming. All the expected amenities were in the apartment. It was close the conference venue (hotel), relatively close to the train/bus station, close to several stores, the beach, and the city center was just a short walk away. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, the kitchen well equiped and the bathroom really clean.

− There weren't many bad things, the only annoying thing was the small bed. It really isn't suitable for above average height people (>1,9m). Though there is a pull-out couch where the bed is a tiny bit longer, so it was ok. And the mosquito net on the window should really be changed before the next summer.
