Buenas instalaciones y cercanía al centro

+ La cercanía al centro, está prácticamente al lado de todo

− El cuadro del contador hacía un ruido muy desagradable, el aire acondicionado echaba aire con olor a humedad y la ducha al ponerla en el agua caliente chillaba mucho, resultando desagradable

+ El trato, la localización y la decoración en general.

− La falta de piscina y ascensor.

+ Trato de familia que regenta ese hospedaje hacia nosotros

− Por decir algo, la ubicación, jeje. Aunque está a 5 min de la playa. No hay quejas.

Caro, sin ascensor, y sin parecido a las fotos

+ Estaba limpio

− Las fotos que se ven son fantasía comparado con lo que luego te encuentras. Tres pisos sin ascensor (información que no aparece en ningún sitio antes de reservar, y nos acompañaba una persona con muletas). En las fotos terraza idílica, en la nuestra cuchitril de 2 m2 (además de cambiarnos porque la primera habitación en el SÓTANO que nos dieron no tenía nada que ver). En las fotos todas las habitaciones tenían cocina, en la nuestra con suerte teníamos un mini frigo. Si vais a cobrar 270 euros la noche, por lo menos sed fieles a lo que ponéis en internet.

Bom para uma semana de praia

+ Limpeza todos os dias. Localização. Com o essencial para dias de praia, o dia todo fora e só utilizar para dormir .

− O isolamento sonoro podia ser melhor mas sem stress. Frigorífico com pouco frio, inútil.

− una camera aveva più prodotti da bagno rispetto all'altra e quando abbiamo richiesto la stessa fornitura ci è stato risposto che andava bene così la mancanza dell'ascensore

+ La mujer que nos atendió fue muy amable y la habitación era muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia.

We kwamen voor twee dagjes strand en een relaxte sfeer en dat kregen we.

+ Vriendelijk personeel, schoon, best goed gelegen, leuk balkonnetje.

− Geen mogelijkheid om ‘s ochtends koffie of thee te zetten. Kleine, al wat oudere ijskast.

+ El personal es muy atento y amable. La habitación para los 4 era miy amplia y cómoda, sin duda volvería a repetir.

Spotless and excellent location

+ We stayed for one night at Abril. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, bringing our bags from the car to our room. We wanted to have breakfast on the communal outdoor terrace but there was no facilities in our room for this however when we asked at reception a kettle, cups, spoons, bowls and glasses, along with some coffee, teabags and sugar were delivered to our room - fantastic service. The accommodation was spotless, in both the common areas and our room, which had a double bed and a large sofa bed for our son. The large bathroom was very clean and lots of lovely shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion was provided. Plenty of fluffy white towels were available. Air conditioning was good and essential in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. There is no lift in the building which may be of concern to those with mobility issues but it wasn't any problem for us. The outdoor terrace has plenty of seating with 2 sun loungers, sun bed area and comfy couches. Its a big bonus for a city centre apartment to be able to relax with a glass of wine or to enjoy breakfast. I understand some of the rooms have their own private balcony or terrace. Abril is located c10 mins walk to the Balcon, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and a large, Mercadona supermarket 4 mins walk away. Perfect central, but quiet location. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment and would come back again if we return to Nerja. Thank you for a lovely stay.

− Parking when we arrived was a bit confusing but quickly resolved. Score would have been 10/10 if we could have parked our car until we needed to leave for the airport at 3pm but we understand other customers were arriving that day.

+ Good Location. Short walk to most areas of interest and quiet area of town.

+ This is a beautiful building with a very friendly atmosphere. The welcome at reception was so inviting. We loved our room very spacious & supper layout with a small private garden. Very comfortable beds & spotless so clean & fresh.
