+ Ease of checking in, cleanliness of the property and the location to main attractions were so good.

Lovely Burriana Apt

+ Location close to.pool in complex and close to beach down the hill. Apt was very comfortable with aircon in every room and spacious balcony with views of mountains. Lots of.parking on road beside entrance to.complex was a bonus so we didn't need to use garage space.

− There is a steep 200m section of hill on way up/down to beach which has been referenced in other reviews. We have been to Nerja many times so were aware of hills and not a problem for us thankfully, 8 mins down to Burriana, 10 mins back up hill.

+ Lovely apartment with no inside stairs, perfect our 3 year old grandson. Great location, walking distance to Burriana Beach with its selection of restaurants and facilities.

+ The property was clean and excellent for a family. Or is in a quiet complex with accessible pool area. The walk back from the beach is a climb.

+ All communication was very good. The apartment had everything needed for a family and the pool location was excellent. Plenty of storage room. One bathroom has been upgraded. Outside area is good. Birianna beach at the bottom of the hill is beautiful.

− The hill back up from the beach. Extremely steep. Fine walking down with teenagers and a bit of a struggle back up. A young family or anyone who is unfit or not confident would definitely struggle. A taxi would be essential. All rubbish needs to be emptied at the bottom of the massive hill. If you don't have a car, this is an issue.

+ Vi fik en stor lejlighed til en fornuftig pris. Høj rengøringsstandard. Kort afstand til den lækre Burriana Beach. Skøn altan med bjergudsigt. Rolige omgivelser uden trafikstøj. Rigtig god og fornuftig kommunikation med værten (Carmen) i de sidste dage inden feriestart. Kan klart anbefales.

− Ærgerligt, at man ikke må benytte luftmadras og spille bold i poolen. Det bliver lidt kedeligt for børnene (og de voksne).

+ Very close to the beach, all amenities were there. It’s big enough for a group of friends. Amazing balcony. And having pool was nice.

Great apartment, wonderful location, exceeded expectation!

+ Wonderful apartment in a great location! Clear, easy instructions on how to access the property from the friendly host Carmen, and it was very clean and well equipped. Large rooms, each individually air conditioned. Good sized balcony with a sea glimpse, and gorgeous views of the mountains. Comfy beds, great wifi connectivity, and a large double length garage which contained lots of items you could use at the beach (to save you buying them) - parasols, body boards, bucket and spade etc. Fabulous location being just outside of the main town, but near enough to walk there, and less than a 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and about a 15 minute walk to wonderful Burriana Beach with all it's shops and restaurants. The pool was a good size, and never overcrowded. Would thoroughly recommend as we had a great holiday!

Heavenly location and very well equipped

+ The location of the property, although up a very steep hill if your legs are not great, is perfect to access the beach at Burriana and Nerja town centre. It is also very well placed as a base for day trips exploring local white washed villages in the mountains with a car, having the added security of a garage to park in. The hosts were incredibly clear and helpful and very attentive and receive a 10/10

− We had a lot of rain with the patio doors leaking and I think this may have reflected on the bedding rugs that were a little musty particularity in the front twin bedroom. This the was the only real fault we could find other than all the fixtures and fittings a bit dated but none-the-less all clean and this is reflected in the fair price to stay there so an observation on how to make it exceptional.

An excellent location for visiting Nerja.

− A little dated , furniture, linen etc . Also I know you mentioned it was hilly but the hill was extremely steep especially as we had a toddler in a pushchair
