If you are looking at houses in Campos, the first thing you should know is that this municipality in the south of Mallorca is not a mass tourism destination, and that shows in the type of accommodation you find. Most of the 155 available options are villas with private pools, spread between the town centre, the Ses Salines area and the Sa Ràpita coast. If you are looking for peace and proximity to the sea, the coastal strip between Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita is the most in demand: there the houses tend to have large plots and quick access to fine-sand coves. On the other hand, if you prefer to be near restaurants and services without depending on a car, staying in the village of Campos or its immediate surroundings will give you more convenience, although you will have to travel about ten minutes to swim.

The main difference between one property and another is not only in the size or the number of bedrooms, but in the type of construction and its age. You will find traditional restored stone fincas, such as Finca Ca S'Hereu Mas or Sa Cumuna, which preserve original features but with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Others, such as Villa César or Miramar Sa Rapita, are more recent builds, with functional designs and outdoor areas designed for the heat. As for prices, the lowest rental is around 401 euros per night, but the average shoots up to 935 euros, so it is worth choosing your dates carefully. If your trip is flexible, avoid July and August: in September and June prices drop noticeably and the weather is still good. To get there, the most practical option is to fly to Palma de Mallorca and rent a car at the airport; Campos is about 35 minutes away via the MA-19 motorway. Without a car, getting around will be difficult, because the houses are scattered and public transport is scarce. Before booking, check whether the price includes final cleaning, sheets and towels, and confirm whether the pool is heated or only seasonal. Also look at the cancellation conditions and whether they require a deposit, because in individual properties this is common.
