Work with us: bring your vehicle and set your own price
HotelsCasa moves travellers and jobs across Spain and half of Europe, and that takes vehicles. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no boss: there are customers, there are jobs, and there is a commission charged only when there is work.
What the house has today

What we bring
- The customers: the website, the bookings and the jobs already work and already move.
- The collection: we charge the customer before you start, so you chase nobody.
- The invoices for both sides, VAT included.
- A phone that answers when something goes wrong.
What you bring
- The vehicle in order: insurance, roadworthiness test and the papers your activity requires.
- Your verified identity and a payout account in your name.
- The phone number you want us to reach you on.
What we do NOT do
- We are not your boss: no schedules, no minimums, no jobs you must take.
- We do not price your work: you do, and we do not touch it.
- We do not keep your money: the payment goes into your account and we only retain our commission.
- We do not promise a volume of work that we do not have today.
When and how the money arrives
- The customer pays in advance, by card, before the job starts.
- The money arrives in YOUR payout account; the house retains its commission in the same movement.
- Your panel shows the gross, the commission and the net of every job.

How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. No joining fee, no monthly fee, no lock-in: the house only charges its commission once a job has been done and paid for.
Can I be in two trades at once?
No. One account belongs to one trade and stays there: for taxi and transport you need two accounts, with their own phone or email.
Who decides which jobs I take?
You do. On the exchange you bid for what suits you and with a taxi you take the rides you want; turning a job down does not penalise you.
How do I know you will not leave me stranded?
We do not promise what we cannot deliver. What is written down and honoured is the money: the customer pays in advance and the payment lands in your account.
