For example, Mareverde and Mareverde Blue Studio are on the front line of Playa de las Américas, with wifi included and walking access to restaurants and supermarkets; OCEAN VIEW, also with wifi, is in the same setting and is practical if you do not want to rent a car. By contrast, Finca Aramai is a more isolated property, intended for those seeking silence and nature, but you will definitely need a vehicle. Before booking, check carefully whether the price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels, because in houses these are usually charged separately, and check whether the pool is private or shared, because that changes the experience a lot.

As for prices, the cheapest night you will find is around 110 euros, and the average is 236, so it is worth comparing dates. If you want them to come out cheaper, avoid December, Easter and August; by contrast, May, June, September and October have good weather and lower rates. To get there, you will land at Tenerife South airport (TFS), about 20 minutes away by car; from there, the most practical thing is to rent a car, because public transport reaches the main areas but is limited for the upper residential areas. If you do not drive, look for houses around Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos, where you can get around on foot or by guagua. Before confirming, also review the cancellation policy and whether they require a deposit, because in independent accommodations this is usually common.
