Itinerary

Reservation confirmation

After booking, we verify the traveler's data, date, arrival information, number of passengers, luggage, and final destination.

2. Baggage information

Travelers must indicate when booking if they have large, bulky luggage or a considerable number of suitcases. The van has capacity for up to 14 passengers, but when the group has a lot of luggage, the available space may reduce to 12 passengers, to provide a comfortable and safe ride.

3. Collection coordination

We confirm the meeting point and provide clear instructions to facilitate arrival. The driver receives the traveler's data and the pickup location.

4. Meeting with the driver

The traveler meets his driver at the agreed point. The driver will be identified and can help with the luggage.

5. Private transfer

The group travels in a private van, clean, comfortable, and with air conditioning, used exclusively for the reservation's passengers.

6. Arrival at the destination

The driver takes the group safely and comfortably to their hotel, resort, Airbnb, residence, or other destination confirmed in Tulum or its surroundings, helping with the luggage upon arrival.
