With this data we prepare your registration. We review it and, once activated, your drivers will start receiving trips.

When you click “Send request”, a window will open: click “Receive code” and you will receive a 6-digit code via SMS; once confirmed, your account is created and you will log in to your garage with this number. We will also notify you of your registration here.

License number (if required by your country) Only if your country requires a transport license. Complying with the permits required by your country is your responsibility: we do not process them nor replace them. If there is no license number to enter there, leave it blank.

I confirm that I hold the licenses and permits required by my country to transport passengers (taxi, VTC, or other) and that I am solely responsible for them. HotelsCasa is only a booking platform. City rate

The trip price is calculated using these figures and the passenger sees it before confirming. You enter them, without exceeding the official rate where one exists; we do not set rates.

Flag drop What is charged for getting into the car, before moving.

Per kilometer It is multiplied by the kilometers of the route. This is where your fuel cost comes in.

Per minute It is multiplied by the estimated minutes: this covers traffic jams and wait times.

Minimum per trip Below this figure no trip is charged, even if it comes out cheaper by calculation.

Night surcharge (%) Early morning surcharge, from eleven at night to six in the morning, in percent. Leave it at zero if you do not apply it.

Rush hour surcharge (%) Rush hour surcharge, in percent. Leave it at zero if you do not apply it.

Large car (5 seats or more) Five seats or more. If left blank, we will not send you large groups.

Currency Currency used for your rates and trip payments.

Permit verification

Each driver passes the verification once: photographs their driving licence and takes a selfie. The photo does not pass through us, we only receive whether the document is valid. Once verified, it appears with its badge on the public list of drivers in your city.

Frequently asked questions

How much can I earn?

You set your own rates. Your earnings depend on the number of bookings you receive. All relevant data and statistics are transparently available in your driver dashboard.

What commission does HotelsCasa charge?

The commission is automatically deducted from the value of each completed trip. The rate depends on the size of your fleet and is clearly displayed in your dashboard for every trip. No commission is charged for trips that are not completed.

Do I need to install an app?

No. The platform works directly in your browser and can be added to your smartphone's home screen. You receive notifications about new bookings without installing an app from the App Store or Google Play.

Can I work as an independent driver?

Yes. HotelsCasa is available to both companies and independent drivers. One vehicle is enough to create your own fleet and start using the platform.

Can I decline a booking?

Yes. You decide which bookings to accept. Declining a request does not result in any penalty.

When will I receive my payment?

Payments are processed for each completed trip. Once the trip begins, your earnings, minus the HotelsCasa commission, are transferred to your bank account. The processing time depends on your bank.
