How much does it cost?
Signing up and publishing is free: no sign-up fee, no monthly charge and no exclusivity. We only take 10% (+ VAT only for companies in Spain) of each paid booking. No bookings, nothing to pay.
Who charges the traveller?
The traveller pays online on HotelsCasa. Your share, minus 10 % (+ VAT only for companies in Spain), reaches your bank the day after the tour: through automatic payouts or, in countries where they are not available, through Wise in your country's currency. Transfer fees are deducted from your share.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. There is no commitment or exclusivity: you hide or delete your tours from your dashboard whenever you like. Bookings already paid are honoured.
Which language do I write my tour in?
Your own. We translate it into every language of the site, so travellers from all over the world can find it.
What do I need to get started?
Your tour details, your contact details and the account where you want to be paid. To switch on automatic payouts there is a short online identity check.
When is it published?
As soon as our team has reviewed it. We let you know by email, and from then on it receives bookings.
Can I change the price, schedule or description?
Yes, whenever you like, from your organiser dashboard.
