• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start of the rental are free of charge.
• Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the start of the rental will be charged 30% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• In case of no-show or refusal at the time of service, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Adding a second driver is possible for an additional fee and they must meet the same requirements as the primary renter.
• We offer rentals from 3 days to several months with quick online booking.

• The security deposit is a fixed amount temporarily blocked on the renter's bank card at the moment of vehicle pickup.
• If the car is returned on time, clean, and without new damage, the entire deposit amount is unblocked.
• Deductions from the deposit occur only in the event of clear violations of the contract terms, about which the client is informed immediately.
• The deposit amount depends directly on the car class; it is minimal for economy models and higher for premium SUVs.
• Choosing an extended insurance package (Super CDW) can significantly reduce the required security deposit.
• Cash deposits are possible but discussed on an individual basis during the booking process, while card blocking is preferred.
