   We will start our journey in this charming park just outside the palace walls. A quiet retreat filled with shade and serenity, it's the perfect place to set the tone for Split's historical adventure.

2. The Golden Gate · 10 min

   Step through the magnificent northern gate of Diocletian’s Palace, where emperors once entered the city. Overseeing the gates is the towering statue of Gregory of Nin, said to bring good luck if you rub his toe!

3. The Peristyle of Diocletian's Palace · 15 min

   Marvel at the dramatic Roman courtyard, the ceremonial center of the palace. With its stunning architecture and timeless atmosphere, this is the beating heart of Split’s ancient core.

4. Diocletian Palace Substructures · 10 min

   Descend into the remarkably preserved cellars beneath the palace, once used for storage and now home to artisan stalls and echoes of Roman ingenuity.

5. Vestibulum of Diocletian's Palace · 15 min

   Feel the grandeur in this circular, open-roofed chamber where the emperor would greet guests. The acoustics often attract traditional Dalmatian singers.

6. Temple of Jupiter · 10 min

   See an ancient Roman temple turned Christian baptistery, known for its intricate carvings and spiritual significance through the ages. Visit is only from the outside. Note: Inside visit is not included with the tour.

7. Narodni Trg · 10 min

   Stroll through Split’s historic square, surrounded by elegant architecture, bustling cafés, and a lively local vibe. A great spot to soak in the city’s charm.

8. Fruit's Square (Trg Brace Radic) · 10 min

   Discover the square once home to a bustling market, it’s now a lively spot to enjoy local coffee, and soak in the charming Mediterranean atmosphere.

9. Riva Harbor · 15 min
