Itinerary
Day 1. ARRIVAL AND AURORA HUNTING ARRIVAL After check-in, you can visit a local restaurant and relax. We will provide the exact start time for the aurora hunt separately. We strongly recommend dressing as warmly as possible. AURORA HUNTING At 21:00 Moscow time, we will pick you up from the hotel and head out for the hunt (the exact time will be communicated separately once we receive sky images). The hunt will last approximately 3–5 hours depending on weather conditions. Hot tea and cookies are always waiting for you on board. All photos of the northern lights are included in the tour price. After the aurora hunt, the driver will take you back to the hotel. Day 2. TRIP TO TERIBERKA AT THE EDGE OF THE WORLD In the morning, we will set off for the village of Teriberka - one of the oldest fishing settlements in Murmansk Oblast. The village is located directly on the shore of Barents Sea - part of the Arctic Ocean. You will find impressive shots in the most famous locations, including: Cemetery of abandoned ships "Dragon Eggs" beach Batterey waterfall Red cliffs Giant swings Bench of a famous traveler On this day, you can supplement the program with a sea cruise for whale watching (for an additional fee, advance booking required). Lunch at a restaurant on the sandy beach of Barents Sea (for an additional fee). Upon completion of the program, we will arrive at the hotel in Murmansk around 19:00. Attention! Important information for travelers During the visit to Teriberka, a walking tour of approximately 4 kilometers is provided. The terrain here is predominantly flat, with slight elevation changes. Please take this into account when planning your trip. We recommend arranging comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the weather in advance. Day 3. TRIP TO THE ETHNIC PARK Departure from the hotel to the ethnic park at 09:00. There you will: learn about the culture and daily life of the ancient peoples of the North, who have inhabited this land for almost 3000 years; take photos and feed reindeer; go on a husky sled ride (in a husky cart) - optionally for an extra fee from October 1 to 31 (approximate, depends on weather); climb Lisyaya Mountain: breathtaking views open up from there (service included in the price until the end of September); try on traditional Sami costumes; have lunch in a wooden house with dishes of local cuisine. After lunch, you can stroll through the park. We will return to the hotel at 17:00 (time is approximate).
