+ Bell'appartamento, collocato in un contesto di particolare piacevolezza, che sebbene situato al piano terra, si trova in una via poco trafficata e quindi tranquilla e silenziosa. Come valore aggiunto, all'esterno - a fianco della porta di accesso - c'è una piccola corte con alcune piante, un tavolino e due sedie, perfetta per un momento di relax. Bella la sala bagno, con una bella doccia. Comodo il letto. Tutto appare gestito con molta cura e il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è in posizione semicentrale, per raggiungere il centro storico occorre una camminata di almeno un quarto d'ora.

− Le dimensioni dell'angolo cottura sono un po' limitate, occorre destreggiarsi. Ma per un breve soggorno va benissimo.

+ Arredamento speciale e pulizia impeccabile hanno reso questo soggiorno davvero unico. L’host si vede che cura ogni dettaglio con amore 🥰 Grazie mille!

+ La casa si trova in posizione abbastanza centrale. È arredata con molto gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

− La cucina, posta al secondo piano, ricavata nel sottotetto, è sostanzialmente inutilizzabile per il soffitto altamente spiovente dove si batte la testa con grande facilità.

Inspirierende Unterkunft in einer quirligen Stadt.

+ Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll, aber nicht überladen eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und super zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Informationen waren sehr klar und hilfreich.

Very comfortable stay

+ The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness was almost perfect. Having a laundry room was also a great bonus. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

− Nothing major. Just a few small details could be improved, but overall it was a great stay.

+ Не понравилось( Во первых, прям далеко до всего! 20-30 минут пешком вы пойдете, для того, чтобы поесть что-то. Очень узкая и крутая лестница ведет в апартаменты: с чемоданами это просто квест! Наши апартаменты были на двух последних этажах. Нет вообще шкафов для размещения личных вещей, все было в чемоданах, которые в открытом виде занимали все пространство. Кондиционера нет. Температура на улице была 26-27. На верхнем этаже находиться было не возможно! Не представляю как будет когда температура поднимется еще выше! Полотенец было только два комплекта, хотя заявлено было три. И последнее: квартира в старом доме, имеет старые запахи и другие атрибуты поношенности. Не всем это удобно и нравится.

+ Cooles Ambiente, stylisch zwischen Havanna und Bali. Der Vermieter Pascal war extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und freundlich.

+ Gutes Bett, ruhig, leichter Check in, Espressomaschine

− Waschmaschine ohne Anleitung nicht nutzbar, es war wahnsinnig eng, Vollgestellt mit unnötigen Dingen, Fenster zum Gehweg, kein vernünftiger Essplatz

− L'appartamento al piano terra aveva un forte odore di umidità. Gli spazi troppo angusti. Il pavimento era scivoloso e sembrava unto o forse era umidità.

Przyjemny apartament

+ Klimatyczny apartament bardzo blisko centrum miasta. Niedaleko znajduje się bezpłatny parking, ale że byliśmy w weekend, to również pod samym domem zaparkowaliśmy bezpłatnie. Dobre espresso z ekspresu ciśnieniowego bardzo nas ucieszyło. Czysto i wygodnie, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Dobry kontakt z Właścicielem.

Kleines sehr angenehmes Appartement in Citynähe.

+ Das Appartement ist nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend. Und es ist wirklich sehr chic. Für ein pasr Tage Rouen bestens geeignet. Das Appartement liegt nahe der Innenstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, einschließlich Lademöglichkeit ( Wechselstrom).

Would highly recommend

+ The property was 100% for our needs. It was extremely well located, in a very quiet area and close to shops. The host offered excellent coffee. Some useful appliances offered were the dishwasher, fridge and coffee pod machine, washing machine and dryer.

− Unfortunately there were some steps to climb (Which we knew) but the host gladly assisted without being asked.

+ Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need — even the perfect coffee to start your morning. Special thanks to Pascal, who was incredibly polite, always available, and gave us excellent recommendations about the city and places to eat. Free parking is conveniently located nearby, and the city center is just a short walk away. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
