Categories

• Limpieza3,5

Multiple reviews mention dirty rooms, trash and soiled bedding outside doors, strong tobacco smell in a room and general lack of cleanliness; several guests explicitly call the property "dreckig" or describe debris in rooms.

• Servicio9,0

Mixed but overall positive signals for service: several guests note easy self check-in, 24h check-in and staff who were responsive when room changes were requested; some negative notes about reservation mix-ups and early housekeeping entry are present but outweighed by reports of quick staff reaction.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently praised: very close to the train station (30m), convenient for short stays and access to nearby bakeries; location repeatedly called a major positive.

• Habitaciones4,0

Multiple complaints about rooms being hot, noisy (street and clubs), lacking curtains or air conditioning, some maintenance issues (leaking toilet, defective doors) and generally dated or run-down condition.

• Instalaciones5,5

Amenities are limited: no breakfast service in multiple reports, no ironing facilities, no night curtains or reliable internet in some rooms; some basic amenities (fan) present but overall offerings are sparse.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Several guests state the hotel is acceptable for a short stay and praise the convenient location and easy check-in, suggesting reasonable value for travellers prioritising location and simplicity despite shortcomings.

• Comida y bebida4,5

Breakfast is not offered or the breakfast room was closed in multiple reviews; guests relied on nearby bakeries rather than hotel F&B, leading to a below-average rating for on-site food and beverage.

• Experiencia general8,0

Overall experience is mixed: many serious negatives (cleanliness, noise, heat) but the strong positives of location, easy self check-in and occasional helpful staff result in an overall rating above average for travellers seeking a simple, location-focused stay.
