El apartamento destaca por estar muy limpio y ser bonito.
Los propietarios son descritos como muy amables y atentos.

Lo limpio y nuevo que estaba todo. La tranquilidad de la urbanización. La ubicación ya que estaba dentro del mismo pueblo de Jávea. Y sobretodo la amabilidad de Amanda y su marido, unos anfitriones excepcionales.
Quizá algún usuario (alquilado) de otro apartamento. Sin saber comportarse. Pero ante eso no puedes hacer nada
Céntrico y muy limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado y una piscina excelente. Casa totalmente equipadaLos dueños muy amables.
El apartamento está muy cerca del centro. Es amplio, bien conservado y con una terraza que da mucha vida, lo recomiendo, sin duda. En zonas comunes encontramos una piscina, para mí imprescindible y un gimnasio, muy muy justito.
Está alejado de la playa. Muchas gente comenta la plaza de parking, creo que no es para tanto, a mí personalmente me resultó más incómoda la lejanía de los contenedores para tirar la basura.

No hay desayuno, la ubicación correcta
La persona recepcionista , no habla en español.... La Televisión no coge NINGUNA cadena NACIONAL... Este apartamento no es para españoles , pero les recuerdo que esta en ESPAÑA y aquí el idioma oficial es el ESPAÑOL. Pongan en su propaganda una nota bien grande : SOLO PARA INGRESES..... o mejor , se vayan para su país que es donde les entienden.

El parking es bastante malo. Un coche pequeño requiere varias maniobras incomodas. Es preferible aparcar en la calle. Tambien los coches pequeños-
Amanda y Peter excelentes. Tenían todo muy equipado.
Los cover de las camas eran demasiado pequeños
Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. La ubicación cerca de las calas y un buen punto es también tener plaza de parking

Location was excellent for the town, supermarkets and cycling in the area
Perfect location to the old town, 10 min walk from bus station, 20 min walk to the port and then a wonderful walk along the seafront to arenal beach. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the old town, port and arenal beach you struggle to choose which one to go in. The apartment is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful from the minute you walk in. The beds and pillows are really comfy we had amazing sleeps. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook should you wish to do so. The kitchen also has a dish washer which is a bonus. A small store room outside holds the washing machine with an ironing board and iron, there are 2 airers which is great if you have a lot of clothes that dry. There is a huge outside area with a comfy seating area, settee and foldable loungers.What more could you ask for. With two bathrooms there is no arguing who's going in first. One bathroom has a really good shower and the other has a bath with a shower both are a really good size. The lounge is a good size with a large dinning table and settee, along with a smart tv with stacks of channels in an array of languages that will suit anyone visiting. Amanda and pete are great hosts we had a little issue that fell on bank holiday but they arrived at the apartment and the issue was resolved, Their attention to detail and care of their visitors is second to non. We will be returning and i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting javea.
