• Habitaciones7,3

Rooms are described as clean and new but often small, with limited views and occasional noise from neighbouring rooms; some guests noted lack of space.

Basic amenities present (toiletries, water server, free coffee at reception, luggage service) but some negatives noted (no YouTube on TV, elevator wait times, AC issues).

• Relación calidad-precio9,1

Multiple comments highlight excellent price-performance (C/P 值非常高, good price-quality for Japan, affordable 3-night stay).

Breakfast repeatedly criticized as limited, small set meals and not to all tastes (very Japanese style, not sweet enough, disappointing compared to expectations).

Overall positive recommendations and satisfaction from many guests despite some room-size and breakfast issues; staff and location drive strong overall impressions.
