+ Facile à garer la voiture devant l’établissement, chambre relativement grande pour un hôtel, et une cuisine commune avec tout équipement nécessaire. Café disponible dans la cuisine toute la journée.

Nella struttura c'erano tutti i confort per il nostro soggiorno nell'incantevole Faial

+ La posizione della struttura è comoda, pochi minuti di auto per raggiungere il centro di Horta ma già sulla strada per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche, inoltre è molto vicino ad un supermercato. La strada è a senso unico ma si trova il posto per parcheggiare. Della camera abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il balconcino perchè ci ha permesso di lascare fuori le scarpe e di asciugare i costumi e il telo. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Siamo arrivati di sabato non c'era il personale ma la comunicazione tramite internet ci ha permessso di entrare senza problemi

Stays impecable y funcional

+ The accommodation esta impecable, muy limpio y nuevo. Estuvimos muy a gusto en la habitación, ya que es muy amplia. Todo esta cuidado al detalle y los trabajadores están disponibles para cualquier pregunta o duda. Además el desayuno esta muy rico, con opciones muy variadas.

− Si no tienes coche, esta un poquito alejado del centro, mas que nada porque hay muchas cuestas. No es importante, pero solo a tener en cuenta.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

+ Ein schönes kleines Hotel oberhalb von Horta. Guter Ausgangspunkt bei 3 Nächten, um Faial zu entdecken. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf Pico. Das Bett war gut und das Zimmer war sauber. Gutes Frühstück war inclusive. Der Service hat uns bei einem Mietwagen Problem weitergeholfen. Das Hotel kann ich weiter empfehlen

Perfetto con la macchina

+ Bella stanza spaziosa e pulita. Staff amichevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

− La strada verso la città è piacevole ed in discesa, ma il ritorno all’hotel a piedi è molto ripido, quindi sconsiglierei la struttura senza una macchina, vista la difficoltà di trovare taxi la sera.

Camera con vista

+ Bed&Breakfast in posizione defilata rispetto al centro cittadino con cucina a disposizione della clientela per pranzo e cena. Possibilità di parcheggio senza problemi all'esterno della struttura. Pulizia nella norma. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se presente solo alla mattina. Balconcino monoposto con vista sulla baia e su Pico.

− Gli spazi sono tutti piccoli e angusti (a onor del vero venivamo da due precedenti strutture con appartamenti di ben oltre 100 mq ognuno, quindi questo può aver influenzato la nostra impressione). Le camere, per la maggior parte poste al primo piano, sono raggiungibili solo tramite una scala abbastanza stretta, il che rende difficoltoso il trasporto delle valigie. All'interno della camera manca un armadio.

+ Es war einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück ist großartig und es gibt den ganzen Tag kostenlos Kuchen und Kaffee. Immer wieder gerne!

− Le manque de rideaux opaques. La distance du centre ville (nous le savions à la réservation) mais par une rue très pentue. Une voiture est préférable.

Maravillosa atencion y lugar

+ La atencion de Fátima, fue excelente , hubo un pequeño inconveniente y enseguida vino a solucionarlo en persona y nos compensó no cobrándonos la colada . Las instalaciones estaban genial y el desayuno increíble . Las beds muy cómodas

+ Très bel établissement Chambre très propre une grande cuisine pour prendre l'excellent petit déjeuner places de parking dans la rue tout était parfait

+ The breakfast items was very well stocked and a good variety. The lady looking after thr kitchen was very accomodating.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in een mooie kamer met geweldig personeel.

+ Ruime, superschone kamer met balkonnetje, heerlijk bed en veel plek om je spullen neer te leggen. Goed en lekker ontbijt, met mogelijkheid om gedurende de dag zelf koffie/thee te maken met iets lekkers erbij. Heel rustige locatie. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit.

− Het is een lange steile weg omhoog van het centrum; neem een taxi als je van de ferry komt! De douchehoek is ietwat aan de krappe kant.

Colazione buona e dotata dell'essenzale, non mancava nulla! Ottimo il self-check in e comodo il parcheggio gratuito in strada davanti l'alloggio

− Non sono riuscita a capire se il sapone in doccia fosse un misto sia per shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Nel dubbio avrei messo anche uno shampoo a parte

+ Wir waren 4 Nächte da, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, mit schönem Blick. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes, leckeres Frühstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank 😘

+ Exceptional clean, very nice and helpful staff. A asked for vegan food and everything was ready at the point of our arrival. Great breakfast.

+ Foi uma excelente experiência. O alojamento estava impecavelmente limpo, bem equipado e muito acolhedor. Tudo correspondeu às expectativas e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi sempre rápida e atenciosa. Senti-me muito bem durante toda a estadia e, sem dúvida, voltaria a escolher este local. Recomendo a quem procura conforto, tranquilidade e um excelente atendimento.

Lovely stay

+ It was our loveliest stay on Azores (and we've been to a few!). Everything is crystal clear, good quality, just perfect. Looks better in reality than in the photos. The breakfast was very good.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal, hat früheren Check-In möglich gemacht, gute und rechtzeitige Informationen, gute Kommunikation. Nutzung der Küche und Kühlschrank optimal.

− Die Lage, H 18 liegt direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, es war dadurch sehr laut. Nachts etwas weniger Verkehr, aber kein ruhiger Schlaf möglich.

Perfect hotel voor een paar dagen Faial

+ Het goed hotel op een paar minuten van de boulevard van Horta. Je kan makkelijk in de straat de auto parkeren. Het is een klein hotel met 5 kamers, voelt nieuw aan heel netjes en schoon. Hoofddeur en kamer deur gaan met code, makkelijk in en uitchecken. Kamer was heel goed, schoon netjes met een goed bed. Ontbijt was prima.

− Als je geen auto hebt is het een stukje lopen naar de boulevard van Horta, maar het is te doen. Er is geen lift, dus moet je je koffers de trap op dragen. De weg voor het hotel rijden auto's soms best snel, dus je moet wel oppassen.
