Guest reviews
Categories
- Limpieza8,7
Not mentioned in the reviews; assumed standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Servicio6,5
Mixed but notably problematic in one detailed review: slow responses, inconsistent front desk handling, and lack of managerial outreach left a guest feeling dismissed; other reviews mention friendly staff, but service issues significantly drag this category down.
- Ubicación9,4
Called out positively ("Awesome location") and repeatedly praised as a reason guests enjoy and return to the property.
- Habitaciones8,0
Some room-specific negatives noted (bathroom concern, room located far from elevators) though other comments praise the property overall; slightly below target for these issues.
- Instalaciones8,4
Pools and spa were a key draw for guests, but one guest could not use outdoor amenities due to AQI and received no satisfactory compensation—amenities themselves are appealing but impacted for that stay.
- Relación calidad-precio8,7
Not directly discussed in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating as a baseline.
- Comida y bebida9,9
Explicitly praised ("Everything from the staff to the food was excellent"); food is a clear strong point across reviews.
- Experiencia general10,0
Overall impressions are very positive in multiple reviews ("love absolutely everything", "soooo special", relaxing), despite a notable service-related negative—on balance guests express strong enthusiasm for the property.
