Categories

• Limpieza8,2

Rooms repeatedly described as clean ('chambre propre', 'Chambre niquel', 'Sauberkeit'); generally positive cleanliness impressions despite occasional stuffy smell reported in some rooms.

• Servicio8,3

Staff frequently praised as friendly, available and helpful (secure parking, pleasant reception); isolated negative report about a receptionist refusing to provide ice.

• Ubicación8,6

Convenient location close to the motorway and Sedan, quiet setting and easy access; parking directly at rooms highlighted as a strong plus.

• Habitaciones6,4

Mixed: many guests found beds comfortable, but several complaints about lack of air conditioning / very warm rooms, mattress issues (squeaking or poor mattresses) and some wear/maintenance (chair covering, bathroom fittings).

• Instalaciones6,8

Good secure parking, pet-friendly and barrier at night; limited on-site food (restaurant closed weekends or only pizzas), no safe/ice/snacks after hours and lack of air conditioning lower the score.

• Relación calidad-precio7,2

Mixed perceptions: some guests mention good price/quality for a stopover, others feel price is high given room age, lack of AC or working amenities (example: complaint at €110 for non-functioning AC).

• Comida y bebida7,5

Breakfast repeatedly praised as copious and varied, though coffee quality and availability issues were noted; restaurant options limited (pizzas) and sometimes closed at weekends.

• Experiencia general7,8

Overall a recommended quiet, practical stopover with comfortable beds, secure parking and friendly staff, tempered by dated rooms, heat/AC problems and some maintenance issues.
