+ Muy céntrico

− En el sofá cama no se puede dormir, es muy incómodo. Y solo cabe una persona

Buena relación calidad-precio

+ Está a menos de 10 min andando del centro de Mojácar pueblo. El personal muy amable. La cocina equipada.

− El olor a tuberías en el baño, solo había aire acondicionado en la habitación por lo que en el resto de la casa hacía calor. Para aparcar es un poco complicado, recomiendo aparcar en los parking públicos de abajo (siempre hay huecos) y subir hasta el accommodation que son unos 6 min.

+ En pleno centro de Mojacar, y Natalia se adaptó sin problemas a nuestra hora de llegada. Atenta y buena comunicación.

+ Nice stay. Everything that we needed. Good location in the village.

− Could do with a bit of TLC.

+ Ravissant petit studio au centre du village de la vieille ville de Mojacar. Petite terrasse tranquille bien appréciée. Climatiseur dans la chambre. Bus à proximité, boutiques artisanales, beaucoup de choix de restaurants. .

Decepcionante

+ Lo único que me gustó del accommodation fue su ubicación , y el personal que nos atendió .

− Del accommodation no me gustó que oliera a humedad .. ya que se podría poner un ambientador o algo por qué se vuelve insoportable el olor , las ventanas estaban llenas de telarañas completas , el baño sucio , la taza estaba llena de manchas marrones … la bañera amarilla con manchas … las paredes estaban peladas .. en la cocina los utensilios estaban oxidados como el hornito que tienen , para dejar los vasos y platos etc .. ya que es bastante peligroso para la salud el óxido .. en las imágenes parece otra cosa de lo que realmente es.

− The bed mattress was super worn out and we slept terrible. I would suggest replacing it, it would make a big difference in comfort. Other than that it's pretty neat.

Lovely character property in great location in Mojacar Pueblo

+ Very quirky property. Very comfortable and very clean. Has Aircon/heating and everything you would need in the kitchen. Good location for the village and main square within easy walking distance. Is difficult to find on your own but host keep on contact with us all the time and met us in the car park then took us to the property. Would highly recommend if you want a property with a lot of character and bit out of the ordinary.

− Be careful of the 20 euro cleaning fee which is added on to the cost at booking. Could do with thicker blankets in the winter as got a bit chilly.

+ Great/unique location, excellent communication from key holder & immaculately clean. Sounds weird but one of my favourite things is to come back from a day exploring to a cold drink & the fridge/freezer chilled ice & drinks in the quickest time I've experienced home & abroad!
