Layout of the villa: With 247 m2 of living space, the villa is divided into two independent floors connected externally. On the first floor, there is a small entrance hall leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and air conditioning, and a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and air conditioning. Going down a short flight of 4 steps, you access the living room, which is very warm and spacious, featuring a fireplace and air conditioning. It is divided into two areas: one with a dining table and a sofa area with a TV. From the living room, you can access a beautiful glazed terrace that can be used year-round and lets in lovely natural light, making it ideal for breakfast with fantastic views. There is also a fully equipped, independent kitchen. In the lower part of the plot is the second dwelling, completely renovated with beautiful decor. It features a single room with air conditioning and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a living/dining room with air conditioning and a fully equipped open kitchen, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a fifth bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. From the living room, you can access a pleasant open-air terrace with a table for dining and eating outdoors, offering fantastic sea views. Exterior of the villa: The entrance to the plot is completely flat, and there is space to park several vehicles. The villa has several terraces and spacious outdoor areas with unbeatable views and many open spaces. To access the pool area, you need to go down a short flight of steps, where you will find a beautiful area with a pergola, a built-in barbecue with a sink, a bar, and a small auxiliary fridge. La villa Garrofer en Benissa posee 5 dormitorios y capacidad para 9 personas. Una preciosa y acogedora villa con unas vistas espectaculares al mar, ideal para familias que deseen desconectar y disfrutar en un entorno rural con muchísima tranquilidad.Distribución de la villa:Con 247 m2 de vivienda la villa se distribuye en dos plantas independientes y comunicadas por el exterior. En la primera planta encontramos un pequeño recibidor que da acceso a un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y baño con ducha y aire acondicionado, un segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite con ducha y aire acondicionado. Bajando un pequeño tramo de escaleras de 4 peldaños, accedemos al salón con muchísima calidez y amplitud con una chimenea y aire acondicionado, dividido en dos ambientes, uno con mesa para comer, y una zona de sofás con tv. Desde el salón se accede a una bonita terraza acristalada que se puede usar todo el año y por donde entra una luz natural preciosa, ideal para desayunar con unas fantásticas vistas y una cocina completamente equipada e independiente. En la parte inferior de la parcela se encuentra la segunda vivienda, completamente renovada y con una bonita decoración, donde encontramos una habitación individual con aire acondicionado y un pequeño baño en suite con ducha. Un salón comedor con aire acondicionado y cocina abierta completamente equipada, un wc de cortesía, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado y un quinto dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. Desde el salón se accede a una agradable terraza descubierta con mesa para comer y cenar al aire libre con unas fantásticas vistas al mar.
