Good stay, clean and comfortable.

+ Super convenient for Port de Soller and beach etc.

− It’s quite dated and there was a strong smell of sewage

+ Clear instructions. Always super helpful and quick when asked questions via WhatsApp. Went way beyond helpful on our last morning. Facilities great with everything you need.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and very close to beach

+ The property was very clean and felt cozy. The views are amazing. Lift to get to the 3rd floor. Very well equipped including lovely beach towels and all beach essentials (parasol, toys and games).

− One of the single mattresses could do with an upgrade. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The location is quite busy so can be loud late at night. Struggled to find parking on the first day. Good to know that parking is charged daily (except Sundays not necessarily negative as we understand it’s a popular location, but good to be aware in advance).

+ Location of property was very good. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. You also have access to boats, paddle boards and toys.

− The apartment was average at best. Very tiny and minimal amenities. There was only 1/2 toll of toilet paper and when we ran out we were told we had to provide our own. There was no shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom. The bath towels desperately needed to be replaced. The bed linens were not soft and the pillows were aweful. The worst part obliterated the apartment was the smell in the kitchen. The smell was coming from the laundry room which is connected to kitchen so there was always a lingering smell in the kitchen. So overall the whole apartment needs some love. Linens, towels, fix the smell and that would make a big difference.

− a bit far from the bus stop and some restaurants as we had no car (20 min walk)

+ Very close to the beach and restaurants, nice view from the balcony, everything there: lots of kitchen equipment, even some spices and oil so we didn’t have to buy everything. Good communication with Mallorca-born properties! Good value for the money :) There is even an elevator, so no need to worry about stairs for those with leg issues!

− We would have appreciated some sign by the door to identify the right apartment more easily

We had high hopes for this apartment but sadly it didn’t live up to expectations

+ the location of the property is great

− Sadly there were bits of glass in the main bed and we ended up having to sleep in the second room on beds that are essentially 2 camp beds pushed together. The lamps in the second bedroom did not work and nor did the Nespresso machine. We were constantly finding other peoples hairs in beds/kitchen/bathroom

Very comfortable apartment to spend time in with the restaurants just outside .

+ Very comfortable apartment with great views and location . The restaurant downstairs also did take away food if you wanted. Beach just outside

− very happy with the apartment but it would have been an extra comfort to have Netflix available as we were indoors some of the time due to the stormy wet weather

A relaxing location

+ location is excellent. 10 metres from beach, right next to great restaurants and lovely walk around to harbour

− View of beach/sea limited as property is on side of building but nice to sit on balcony and take in sounds and mountain view
