Here you will find a living-dining room with a decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and access to a lovely terrace with open views, partial sea views, and an outdoor dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed and a ceiling fan.
On the lower level of the villa, at street level, there are two independent units:
- One unit features a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and a laundry room.
- A second independent unit features a small living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The entire house has central heating.

The villa features a nice porch with a table for outdoor dining and a built-in barbecue with benches and an outdoor sink—an area that will make your summer evenings relaxing and very comfortable. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool measures 7x4 meters and is accessed via Roman steps.
Vehicles can be parked outdoors within the plot.
