Quiénes somos

HotelsCasa es una plataforma y una herramienta de gestión que conecta a los viajeros con los propietarios de alojamientos y proporciona a las empresas paneles para gestionar calendarios, precios, reservas y finanzas.

No somos una agencia, una empresa de alquiler ni una aseguradora. Los alojamientos, vehículos, seguros y depósitos siguen siendo responsabilidad de sus propietarios.

Payments and bookings

Payment methods. Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, depending on the country. Payments are processed by a certified payment provider; HotelsCasa does not store your card details.
Confirmation. For tours, transfers, cars and private accommodation, the amount is reserved on your card when you pay and charged when the provider confirms, usually within a few hours. If they cannot serve you, the booking is cancelled and you are not charged.
Two-part payment. For some offers you pay only part online («Now») and the rest («On site») directly to the provider on the day of the service. Both figures are shown next to the pay button.
Cancellations. Each offer has its own cancellation terms, shown before you pay. The platform fee (service fee or deposit) is non-refundable. A refund goes back to the same card within 2–5 business days.
Hotels and flights. Paid in full when booking; cancellation depends on the chosen rate.
VAT. Prices include the VAT of the country where the service is provided.
After paying. You receive the confirmation with your booking number by email.
