Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Affiliates: earn by bringing travelers
Do you have a website, blog, channel or social media with a travel audience? Bring it to HotelsCasa and earn for every customer you bring. It's a program for webmasters and content creators: apply, get reviewed manually, and once approved, we give you your personal link.

Apply to join
In your account, under Affiliates, tell us about your website or channel. We review each request manually and notify you by email.

Receive your link
Once approved, your dashboard gives you a code and a personal link (
?ref=…). Share it wherever you like: chat, social media, your website. - 3
Bring travelers
Anyone who enters through your link is permanently linked to you. The first affiliate who brings them counts, and only once per person.

Collect
A fixed payment per referred user and a share of the commission from their bookings. Payments are issued monthly via the payment gateway.
How much you earn
Fixed fee per referred user plus a share of the commission on their bookings
The fixed payment is made once per user: when they sign up for the Travel Club and search for hotels with dates. The commission share continues throughout the client’s lifetime.
From each booking’s commission, you take 80 % during the client’s first 6 months and a third thereafter. It accrues after check-out; cancelled or refunded bookings do not count.
When payouts occur: once a month, via the payment gateway, when the pending balance reaches the minimum. Exact amounts are platform parameters and may change; what you see in your dashboard is what applies.
